9/20/23 I ordered Philly on Italian Herb & Chz , bread wasnt FRESH at all and once I contact them to let them know the lady was arguing with me over the phone, stating she made the bread early in the am, I was at the place around 12:34PM she should have pull a fresh bread not the one from early in the AM. CUSTOMER SERVICE was awful, my last time ordering from the place.

Subpar service. I tried to make conversation with the lady making my sandwich and she just ignored me, when previously she had been talking freely with other customers. Don't really recommend, unfortunately.

I went in today to get 4 buffalo chicken sandwiches with my brother. Previously there was a white man who had helped me with the same order had gone out of his way to mix and heat the chicken up before toasting it. When I asked the lady to do the same thing she said he doesn't know how to speak english which is ironic because the man spoke fluent english and was even conversing with me. The work here is lazy and managed by rude people. I feel bad for the staff who are told no when doing something a costumer politely asked. The reviews on here are absolutely true. Never coming back again.

ThI just left subway and never had an experience like I just experienced. I told the lady prior to putting the dressings on that I needed 2 different ones because my daughter can't have mayo and asked to cut it so we could share.. she sighed and put each dressings on each side...well that wasn't not what I asked for...then I informed her that since some of the mayo is running onto the other side she would need to cut further up for my daughter..She proceeds to use the knife to push the ingredients in but started on the mayo side and puts it throughout the sandwhich. I explained to her I can't take that sandwhich because my daughter cannot have mayo. She got upset and said" Don't worry I'll make you another one and don't come back here again." I told her I wouldn't and was awaiting for her to fix the order. While fixing the sandwhich she tried to get me to pay cash when I showed her on my app that I had money on my card and wanted to use it. She refused and kept saying I owe $7.50 despite me showing her I had money on it. I left and you could hear her yelling over and over "don't come back here again." THIS IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER BEEN TREATED BY SUBWAY... WE ATE THERE BECAUE OF MY DAUGHTER FOOD ALLEGERIED AND THEY HAD ALWAYS BEEN SO CAREFUL WITH HER FOOD.

Locked the doors and opted not to serve me because they were “busy” … at 1:26 pm in the afternoon. Never giving this Subway my business again!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The short Indian lady at the register was very rude to me. I have never had someone yell at me like I was a child just for placing an order with a person behind the counter standing directly in front of the meat. If the person doesn’t work at your establishment she should not have been behind there. A simple, excuse me ma’am she doesn’t work here would have sufficed. Yelling and making mean faces at me was uncalled for. I promptly left after this incident. Do not go here! The bad reviews are true.

Bad service, rude lady. No stock of anything at 345pm..no bread, etc. Little to no tuna on sandwich and I spent $37. I won't ever be going again.

I am super disappointed to be writing this review as I have eaten at this Subway for more than 10 years, but this experience was inexcusable. I walked in to an employee sweeping the floors who said "welcome to Subway", unfortunately, this was the last time anyone spoke to me for the next 5 minutes or so that I was in the store. The person who I believe to be the owner based on my multiple past experiences here was sitting by the cash register looking at his phone and did not even acknowledge my existence! The employee who was sweeping finished sweeping and went into the back and I never saw him again. The person who I believe to be the owner/manager just sat in the chair and played on his phone without even lifting his head. After at least 5 minutes, I decided I was not going to be served today, I said "ok then, bye!" Which was still not even acknowledged. This is a shame, because if he has only lifted his head he would have recognized me as a loyal customer for many years. I'm sad to say that this was my last visit to this store. No customer should ever be ignored on that way, much less someone who has been a customer for more than 10 years. I'm heartbroken and very disappointed.

Highly recommend AGAINST this location. Would give an overall rating of POOR. Better Subway locations nearby. Attempted to order online via app (to take advantage of a special) but app would not cooperate. When I explained this to store associate (Hispanic female), instead of trying to help, she remarked, "I only work at Subway and make sandwiches, they don't train me on the app". Thanks for the obvious. Poor representation for any company. When another associate attempted to help, he found the promotion on the store register, but the Hispanic female associate insisted they couldn't do it (so why is it in your store system)...When sandwich was made, a 2 year old could have done a better job. Sandwich looked like garbage. Poor food & worse service. If you don't care about customer service or a quality sandwich, then maybe this is the place for you. Personally, I work hard for my money & I appreciate quality for what I pay for (yes, including a sandwich)...quality in the construction of the sandwich, and respect in customer service. WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!

Bad service, A man was yelling at me. I was confused about what he was saying and he got more mad. It seemed like he was talking in gibberish. Then the lady did my order and she did it completely wrong i was so confused.Subway please talk to your employees to be more kind.
