Had a great time treating my family from out of town here. The owner was great and very social. Would recommend to anyone.

Great service and the rolled icecream is amazing.

We used to love sweet lab, the ice cream is always so good. But since they've redone the inside it's just not the same feel as it used to be. Hopefully they'll do something different in there, because right now it is extremely plain

It took forever to get my "ice cream" . Honestly, I wouldn't get dragon's breath... It's something cool to do with the vapor coming out of your mouth, but the taste is a big letdown and it's ends up hurting your tongue after a while. All it is are those vanilla, chocolate, or strawberry wafer cookies you can get at any grocery store, but very cold. It's a cool experience, though, I guess.

Great experience. Ice cream was delicious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely reccomend tryingbthe "dragon's breath" treats. Cool experience.

Coco was so nice and told us about each flavor/item! My son had a watermelon smoothie made with FRESH watermelon slices. The Java Chip rolled ice cream was amazing! We will absolutely be back with all of our friends and family. Fresh ingredients and excellent service! Go see Coco and give it a try!!

Amazing place for the kiddos

We have been coming here for quiet a while. The customer service never disappoints. The owner is the sweetest and anytime we want to try something new or want different options she's made them happen. We asked for watermelon and pineapple and she managed to make both happen. The fruit is amazingly fresh. The watermelon slushie is real watermelon nothing artificial and is one of my favorites. This place is a must try for everyone.

This icecream shop is absolutely amazing! I have only tried LN2, and my favorite is matcha. I also love cookies n cream because of the crispy cookies. The mango and strawberry are also amazing. The icecream is made to order, so it is so fresh. I love it...

My experience here is always 10/10 the ice cream is incredible and so is the service coco is very welcoming and sweet and I will definitely continue to go to sweet lab.

Arrived at 6:50pm, 4 adults and 2 children. Did not get our ice cream until 7:25pm, even though there was nobody ahead of us. If we didn't have kids with us who would've been disappointed to leave with no ice cream, we would have left. At first, the writing on the wall was kind of cool, but the more you have time to read what people wrote on the wall, the more you get grossed out--a lot of bad drawings and vulgar language. The place was filthy, the couches and seats were sticky and dirty, tables not cleaned in what felt like days, my wife said she saw two dead roaches, one in the bathroom and one by the employees only door in the back. The ice cream was honestly nothing special, you can buy better quality at the grocery store for a fraction of the price ($20+ for 4 ice creams!), we will not be going back even if we got free ice cream for life. Should have read reviews before going, these are obviously ongoing issues.

My 3 year old niece and I greatly enjoyed this trip!

Arrived at 9:40 3-2-2019, only to be told that they are not taking orders even though they close at 10. I didn't see it published anywhere that they stop taking orders at 9:30. I wouldn't have wasted my time making that trip. Poor customer service, we will never go back.
