This taco bell is truly the best on in the area, none of the others compare to the quality of food and service that the employees at this location offer. The employees are always very nice at this location, and they never fail to get my order correct. Other taco bell’s in the area like the auburn one will forget my sauces and minor things like that which lower the quality of my experience, but this one always gets it correct. The food is always fresh and delicious. The employeee all deserve a raise for providing this good service that never fails! Not to mention the prices are really good here, and they always have the luxe cravings box available on the app.

Ordered from doordash. Dasher called me coz one of their employees told her that their fryers aren’t working. She was sent to the next window and she’s been trying to get the employees attention because no one’s answering her, even the 2 cars behind her.. til one of the employees finally came by the window and asked them if they can able to complete my order since they said that their fryers not working.. I was still on call with my dasher and heard that the guy from taco bell said “Yes” and my dasher repeated my order if it’s all in the bag.. and he definitely lied to my dasher and said “yes” again.. upon delivering to me, my Nacho Fries is missing! 😤😤😤😤 never again with this branch of Taco Bell nearby 😤 no wonder why they have less than 3 stars rating 😤😤😤😤

I went to the Dacula location today. I was very pleased with the service I received today. Employee Young D was very professional in taking my order. It was so refreshing. He asked me if I wanted condiments. He was so polite. I will be returning to this location. I gave him five stars, if I could I'll give you 10.

We stopped coming to this Taco Bell for a long time but ever since Cory has taken over as manager the restaurant has drastically changed for the better! We really enjoy coming to eat here again!

If I could give more stars I would. Last time I came here a year or two ago it was 45 minute drive thru times and closing early. Now it’s incredible customer service and hot food. I eat more Taco Bell than I want to publically admit and this is by far the best location I have ever been to.

I was blown away with the cleanliness and atmosphere inside this location. I spoke with the manager, Bri, and complimented her on her store and just how clean it is. The food service was fast, hot and fresh. Definitely recommend and will be coming back.

Jesus... Went in a few times after the remodel and it was great. Went today and they left out an item, the food we did get was luke warm, and the lettuce was wilted and black. Employee at the window seemed pretty indifferent to iur existence. Probably in the wrong line of work. We didnt ask for anything extra or have a tough order.. Don't think I'll be back. Too bad, I was looking forward to the retro menu......
