What is going on with this location? Everytime I go there the dining room is locked. They are not doing drive through today. Employee says they are only doing Doordash and online. Then the online system will not let you put an order in? This is restaurant location was usually a weekly staple for my family. We are to the point over not going to this location again.

Been to this taco bell multiple times. Every time I do there's something incorrect. In particular, the cups. Every time I come here and order online or through the kiosk I have to beg for the cups I paid for, and half the time, they will not look at my order and just give me the smallest size. I'm willing to bet I could just make up my order and they would give it to me anyway. Watched multiple customers come and go waiting for my order, and they would try to ask for assistance from employees only to be ignored for something as simple as napkins, since they did not refill the napkin dispensers. They also never bother to replace the soda bibs, so you have to settle for a different drink almost every time. If you ordered something that's not soda, you can kiss that money goodbye. It's clear to me that this store is barely functioning and half of the people in there just want you out of their face as quick as possible.

They need to train the staff better! Having people waiting in line for 45 minutes just to say they are understaff even though she is just standing there laughing. One day they don’t have meat no chicken no beef no steak, now understaff. who is managing this place?!

Every time I come here, the service is horrible, it’s ridiculous. Waiting almost an hour for something I ordered ahead online. There are four people working and they claim they’re understaffed but I’ve been places with better food and less workers and haven’t gotten devices this bad.

Waited over 30mins for my order, ask how much longer and they still haven’t even started on it…. Thought this was a good one but now turned into slow service like all the other ones. Need to find workers who actually cares about their job? Maybe?
Usually come here to get tacos and today’s was a joke. Almost zero meat in my tacos and not worth the money for sure!

arguably the best taco bell around. food is always great, almost always fast, and have had very few errors ever.
sometimes the drive thru can get a little backed up later at night but thats totally understandable! however, the biggest plus is how nice everyone who works there is, keep doing what you do guys!
