Very efficient and well made. The smiles that welcomed me in make me want to come back already. The place was well sanitized and clean and I enjoyed my interaction with the employees. Everything was well prepared.

I did a catering order for a special event and the service was great! With my order, I used a coupon for $20 off with any catering order more of $100 and I’ve order around 20 delux boxes and it was such a great deal! And by the time to its arrival, it was still warm.

Great deals. 4.99 and 9.99. Cheaper than other locations for sure. Great options and kid friendly. Must visit. Checkout their Christmas vibes. Great staff. Max the manger is the most welcoming compared to other places.

I got an açaí bowl and the açaí barely cover the bottom of the bowl. Normally when I go to other locations there is an 1.5 of açaí and then the fruit on top. Cutting the portions sizes down like that will make a person not want to revisit this location. The prices are the same as others. Sad because this location is near my house.

Overall, the smoothie tasted great just like the ones from other places. However, the wraps were noticeably smaller than what most spots usually offer. For the price, I expected a bit more in terms of portion size.

I just walked into the store and noticed that there were no customers. Among the employees, two were sitting down while two others were standing. None of them greeted me or asked how I was doing or how they could help. This lack of engagement indicates very poor customer service. I don’t think this business will last long if things don’t change.

Will not honor rewards program. No customer service presence. Not willing to help deal with Tropical Smoothie technical issues.
