Service was really fast, and they checked on us all the time. After we got our food, the waitress made sure we had everything we needed.Food came fast, and it was really good. This Waffle House was very clean. The workers there are very friendly. The atmosphere was really relaxing.

I do not understand how someone could mess up an order twice. The first time I ordered the entire meal was incorrect, so I went back and asked them to remake my incorrect order. In the end the order was STILL WRONG and I wasted $28 on one incomplete meal. ( I was asked 3 times by the waitress how I wanted my hashbrowns. I never received the hashbrowns both times)

Not only do the charge. A 20 %fee for Togo lol that makes no since they can not to save there own life get a order right it's pitiful
Waffle House will always get 5 stars in my opinion. No matter what the food never disappoints. But this location has great service too which is rare for a Waffle House . I always ask for my food to be made a special way and they always get it right.Next time you are here , ask if Thor waffle to be put on the grill instead of in the waffle maker. They suggested this to me one day and now I can never go back to regular !

The food was ok, little bit worse than normal but that’s fine. Our server however, was unenthusiastic, slow, and basically just…there. I ordered an all star? And the food came out without the waffle and I only got it when we were ready to leave. Was not offered to take the waffle off the check, no apology for it being late, she just kind of walked away like she didn’t care. I assume she didn’t, so if I ever go back to this location and see the server who was working on 10/17 around 6:45pm (I don’t know her name) I’ll just go elsewhere.

I was appauled as I sat in the booth nearest the bathroom, and my waitress had a bowl of chili that she was endulging in during our visit. I also watched her cleaning tables and serving without washing her hands. The hostess walked out and smoked a cigarette. He returned without washing his hands. We ordered bacon that was well done. We asked for fresh, and they returned the same bacon to our table. No more Waffle House ?.

The servers in there are extremely rude. I’ve been a fan of waffle house, my entire life. Today I tried to eat lunch at this one in Dacula, GA. I had been waiting for a table, but needed to grab a little lunch before having a long medical procedure . When my turn was up me they were clearing off the next table I stood over next to it waiting quietly. The older male and older female servers cleaning it off ask me how many were with me (it was kind of an obvious answer since I was standing there by myself). When I said one they grimaced immediately and so I asked them if there was a problem. The woman then said they like to reserve the booths for two or more people at lunchtime. That would be fine but they had just seated a female in her 30s alone in a booth 3 minutes earlier that had been waiting with me and there was also a 20 something year old male 2 booths down by himself. There were only two men waiting that had just walked in together (and since another booth was also being cleared no one would’ve been put out). But they were so rude that I told them that that was fine I could leave. And I will never be back.
