This food was not well at all I got my food DoorDashed and the fries were cold and tasted vary old and as for the chicken it was okay untill I looked it the middle and saw something brown in the center which made me feel 100% grossed out but to make it worse there was a random chicken nugget I did not in fact order any chicken nuggets 😕🙁

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and it was so dry, the French fries were burnt. The only I thing I enjoyed was the juice, honestly should’ve went to CFA would never go back here

Very disappointed. I frequent this Wendy’s because the food is usually way fresher tasting than the nasty one next to Mall of GA. The chili and fries were good. However the Dave’s single was a disappointment. As you can see from the photos is was super flattened out and looked gross. I ended up trashing it because I’ve never seen a patty look like that. It looked like someone flattened it with their shoe or something and was super thin. Not at all the quality it usually is.

The customer service is horrible. Let me start there. The workers at the window were very rude to me ignored me. The whole entire time I was at the window. My food was just thrown together. I was highly disappointed in my orders. Every time I go there it’s a repeat every time I do not appreciate How things are run at that business.

I know the quality of the food was going to be horrible, so I asked for my #8 to be made fresh along with 2 order of fresh fries. When you've had the best of a restaurant it is way to see the bad and this location is horrible. How do you ask for something and it's not given to you.. $25 later I can't eat my food.my chicken sandwich feels like it was setting in the warmer and dropped in the grease to appear to be fresh.. people don't mind waiting for great food and service.. there is always more than 6 associates , visible when I come to this location but the service continues to be subbbbbbbbb-standard! I think next time if I have a craving for Wendy's, I will take the drive to Howell mill. It's ashame that people have to go outside of their neighborhood because the service on the westside and SW side is horrible! Shout out to the girl at the window on 12/2/24 for being polite and and attempting to have good service

Two different times I went for breakfast through the drive thru both times ordered a number 8-sausage, egg and cheese sandwich on English muffin no cheese along and a couple sausage breakfast burritos. Each time the breakfast sandwich was wrong and some weird red stuff on one of the burritos. Second time I went the sandwich was missing so I went inside and it was still wrong. Didn’t think to check since I went inside to get it fixed. First time missing the sausage, second time missing the egg and bacon was added. I’m done with Wendy’s breakfast!
