Very disappointed with the Chicken Wrap. It was not what I usually get . The size was very small. The chicken was not fresh and too crunchy. I went through drive thru. Didnt open until I got home. Fries were not correct size. Burnt fry at the bottom. The other Wendys in Lawrenceville made it perfect.

Horrible service rude workers. Paid extra for a bigger burger and come back home with my large frys barley even filled to half and my chili freezing cold and my burger to be the size of a white castle burger. Chili was so cold the grease was chunks on top.

Worst location. Food is never ready when its a pick up order. Then when you go through the drive thru they always tell you pull up to wait in a parking spot for 10 mins or more for something simple. Ordering early doesnt work either. Workers are slow! Almost incompetent most of the time. Id rather drive further to get better and faster service.

Bad experience 10/30/2025. Bought a Wendy’s single, just the sandwich, and it was probably 4 to 5 hours old, and made me sick. A sandwich cannot sit that long under the light warmer with mayo on it. There was nothing fresh, and it was totally distasteful. Could only eat a few bites, before tossing it. This particular location has a hard time of serving fresh and hot food, and customer service is never good. Do not feel a need to revisit, always disappointed.😢

If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! I don’t normally leave reviews but this irritates me! All I wanted was an order of chesse fries. They told me they don’t have any cheese. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME! They also have NO LETTUCE OR CHILLI!!!!! . The store is messy! No one is moving in a manor of time!!!

I was there few mins ago 7.15pm to pick up a delivery. They told me they already gave it to someone else and can't make another one. The way they were rude and just been dismissive is the worst part. The guy they called to talk to me (probably the supervisor) walked off in front of me saying "I have sandwich to maks". They messed up and didn't verify who's picking up someone's else orders and then got rude about it. Unbelievably, a lady walked on and they told her the same thing. They gave her order to someone else and won't make another for her.

Was very displeased. Their doors were locked at 8:43 So we opted to eating on the patio only to pushed out of their patio area because it’s “closed after hours” again all before 9. Then to add to the horrible experience on the way home my child tells me his fries are stale, mine were semi hot. They’ve been cooked for about 10 minutes, not bad I like them cooked off, only his were old cold and stale. They were cooked 30+ minutes ago and inedible. Not usually one to make a formal complaint. But I was truly upset with our choice of “Late Night” dinner.Never eating Wendy’s at this location again!

Got my mobile order wrong 3 times. On 2 different days.After asking if my sweet tea was correct and they sealed it with a sticker I got home and had a cold brew coffee. Gonna find a better Wendy's nearby. This one needs a better system. Manager is always cooking and trying to manage at the same time.
