I was there few mins ago 7.15pm to pick up a delivery. They told me they already gave it to someone else and can't make another one. The way they were rude and just been dismissive is the worst part. The guy they called to talk to me (probably the supervisor) walked off in front of me saying "I have sandwich to maks". They messed up and didn't verify who's picking up someone's else orders and then got rude about it. Unbelievably, a lady walked on and they told her the same thing. They gave her order to someone else and won't make another for her.

Was very displeased. Their doors were locked at 8:43 So we opted to eating on the patio only to pushed out of their patio area because it’s “closed after hours” again all before 9. Then to add to the horrible experience on the way home my child tells me his fries are stale, mine were semi hot. They’ve been cooked for about 10 minutes, not bad I like them cooked off, only his were old cold and stale. They were cooked 30+ minutes ago and inedible. Not usually one to make a formal complaint. But I was truly upset with our choice of “Late Night” dinner.Never eating Wendy’s at this location again!

Got my mobile order wrong 3 times. On 2 different days.After asking if my sweet
tea was correct and they sealed it with a sticker I got home and had a cold brew coffee. Gonna find a better Wendy's nearby. This one needs a better system. Manager is always cooking and trying to manage at the same time.

I just went through the drive thru the grab a #4. The fries tasted awful. They don't look like their normal fries and something is off about the oil they cooked it in. Very disappointed.

When you keep giving them the benefit of the doubt that customer service will get better it doesn’t. They food dont be hot, fresh like advertised and to put the icing on the cake they do not open on time as advertised. I rather eat Bo jangles !

I went there at about 9 pm to pick up an UberEats order. The line was long and the lobby was closed, so I skipped the booth and went to the 1st window. The girl there said I could pull up to the 2nd window. When I got there the manager with the gold teeth said I had to pull all the way back around to the booth even though they already had the uber order, they just didn't enter it in to be made. When I kept asking for the order, he threatened to call the police on me. Disrespectful and lazy.

Obviously. They need a old school, fast food manager in the facility. Because these young folks have no idea what Wendy's used to represent fresh burgers. Fresh ingredients, fresh lettuce, fresh tomato Courtney, is service. That's why Wendy's is not making it next to these mom and pop restaurants in Dacula. I won't be back. My burger was closed, my fries were cold and I only had like a quarter of a serving of fries in my whole container. This is crazy, I've never been so disappointed by Wendy's. The way I am now

I was going to bring back my food because I asked for no condiments on my sandwich. I asked for my meal to be remade being that I would have to drive it back they said they were only going to replace my sandwich after I made a clear order and it was repeated back to me. If their employees were not on there phones at the windows so much they probably would have caught that mistake .

Initially, I tried to order on the mobile app however it said dining and carryout was not available. I showed up in person and I was able to order inside. The junior bacon cheeseburger was good, but the bacon was hard and stale. The spicy nuggets and fries had good flavor. The orange creamsicle frosty was excellent
