This place is awesome! I’ve been to many locations in the area, but this is now my favorite. Great atmosphere, along with great service. The food was great, and they were very attentive. Check them out. You won’t be disappointed!

Been going there for years and the quality of the food keeps deteriorating and there is no consistency. It's a shame because the staff is friendly.

Hamilton mill location not overly busy yet it took 12 minutes before a server came to our table. We told her we were ready to place our entire order and she then had to get her pad, helped 3 other tables before coming to take our order only to have her screw up our drink order.

I would give less than 1 star if it let me.I live less than a mile away and I can’t remember the last time I had a to go order that was correct. To go staff is on their phone and unconcerned and management basically laughs off complaints.Food is good but CHECK YOUR ORDER before you leave!

It would be one star if i didnt enjoy the spinach dip. Three orders of wings and frieds but i guess they only had tots. Wings were fried hard as a rock and most had rubbery white skin in certain spots and the sauce didnt stick. My mistake!

Asked for the wings to be extra extra crispy, they came out huge and soggy.

Under new management. Waited almost an hour food which quality and value for it was very disappointing. New mgmt probably cutting as many corners as possible. However, our waitress was great.

The waitress was rude and didn’t wait for everyone to give their drink orders. Then they took our ids and said they can’t serve us drinks because the ids were from 3 different states. Then proceeded to ask for credit cards and still didn’t let us get our drinks. DO NOT DINE IN AT THIS WILD WINGS EVER‼️‼️‼️‼️

The food was excellent! The service here is never great but this time it was exceptionally bad.

It used to be better, but it is still a decent wing place. They need to bring back BOGO day.

While the food and costumer service was good, my family ended up getting food poisoning from the food here.

Basically, my family and I were seated and no waitress never came to acknowledge the table. We sat for 10 minutes as another party who was seated after us received drinks. Neither of the two waitress looked our way, we left without saying anything. I left and spent my money at Buffalo Southwest where the crowd was more diverse. I refuse to support this establishment going forward.First, I would like to say that I’m a regular customer. I prefer Wild Wing Cafe over any other Wing establishments. The wings are cooked to perfection and they’re just the right size at the Braselton location. Now, with that said, today my family and I decided to go and sit down for wings. We were seated to the left away from the bar which is what I preferred so that we wouldn’t have to talk over the music. I would also like to mention there was really a small crowd (meaning fairly scarce inside, everyone seemed to be around the bar area). There were two waiters working our area, not once did any of the two acknowledge us after we were seated. I watched one couple leave from a table shortly after we were seated and a party of 3 was seated at the same table shortly after. I watched one waiter ask the table who was seated after us what they wanted to drink, meanwhile the other waiter checked on a table to the right of us on three different occasions. My wife said I should order and not leave a tip but I disagreed and decided not to spend any money.
