WNB Factory - Wings & Burger

This place is truly a hidden gem! I’m honestly surprised by any negative reviews. The wings I had were some of the best I’ve had in a long time—I loved them so much, I came back the next day to try their steak burger. It did not disappoint; that was amazing too! The staff was super friendly, and the place was well kept up. I’m mad at myself for not leaving a tip when they truly deserved it. Now, I can’t wait to come back and try their cheesesteak!

I normally don't get tomatoes on my burger because every place has them old. But thos place has everything perfect with their burger. Best burger I've ever had in 20 years

Tactically don’t answer the phone after 8 pm to avoid to go orders and does not ever make anything other than wings after 830 no matter what.I consistently see what I assume to be the manager come in and count down the money and send the employees home prior to closing time regularly.

Last time trying this place. Jacob took phone order as if I was bothering him it was only 7pm. And a simple order he barely enunciated his words. I'm done. Only because my 62yr old mother was hungry and wanted it. ?

Everything was nice and fresh. The first table we sat at had hair all over the one next to the door, so we moved to the table next to the wall.

Wings had a 'dusting' of seasoning. Ordered the sriracha dry rub but most of the wings has sprinkle of it only on one side. This place has great burgers but for a place that has wings in their name you would expect more. I won't be ordering from them again if craving wings.

States they close at 10:00pm called at 9:30pm and the phone rang and rang until an automated voice came up I hung up and continued to call an additional 14 times and kept getting an automated voice saying “your call cannot be completed as dialed as the called party is busy”. There is no way the phone was busy every second/minute from 9:30pm-9:45pm… Definitely needs better customer service

NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE.. It’s 6:47pm and after 5 calls I can’t get someone to answer the phone. This isn’t a one time occasion.. any time I ever try to call in past 3 months no one ever picks up. Then when I show up, I watch the teenagers behind the counter either purposely ignore the phone calls and then loudly complain about people calling or set the phone to busy so they won’t be bothered with the phone calls.. for how expensive this place is the customer service should be A LOT better. Where are the adults?? Management??

I ordered my food I literally live right around the corner and Only Takes Me 2 minutes to get there when I got there my food was not ready I waited for 30 minutes after getting a message saying that it was done then when I got my order I ordered a large steak they gave me two large pieces of bread with a little bit of meat onions burnt steak burnt mushrooms and three cheese across it I also ordered fried rice that was terrible with huge pieces of eggs in it that was overcooked the shrimp were overcooked in the rice was terrible and dry
