This is the best Zaxby's out there. I love Zaxby's and have been to countless locations and this one blows them all out of the water. Their customer service is on par with Chick-fil-A, I've never had a negative experience with the food quality, and speed of service is the fastest I've experienced.

My son lost his phone, and the employees went above and beyond, helping him fine it. We are very grateful. The food is good as always too!

We visit this Zaxbys weekly and we noticed that this entire restaurant has a great personality and the desire to provide great customer service. Tim as the Manager most of the time is unbelievable with his entire ability to set the tone for outstanding customer service. The other person I need to recognize is a young lady named Lilly. She truly has a great skill when it comes to mannerism and outstanding customer service with a smile. Is very much aware of her surroundings and goes out of her way to ensure that the best customer service is provided regardless of the circumstances. Tim and Lilly has made us customers for life. BEST ZAXBYS EVER!!! Courtney was so nice to me. Gave me 3 sauces on the house. She saw I was having a bad day and just talked to me like I mattered. My food was great and I will definitely come back!!

I noticed the last few times that the cold slaw is always room temperature and is not a good taste. Please make sure the slaw is being kept refrigerated An in individual containers. Thank you

Love zaxbys and the people were nice, but there was no bacon on my bacon ranch fries and I didn't realize until I got home. Bummer.

Zaxby’s on 0ld Milton Parkway Alpharetta, Georgia What I don’t like about Zaxby’s is there for advertisement I went out to buy the new chicken taco 🌮 It did not look like what they advertise on TV What I received looked like a log of poop on a flatbread with pico and sauce. I was so disappointed. I did not even eat it. I threw it in the trash. It didn’t supposed to be this way or look this way or taste this way.

Great food and service at this location. UPDATE** 8-10-24 well I was reading the special on the Counter and she asked could she take my order 3 times I said one minute please! I'm reading this then she goes last name for your order the lady picking up to go orders laughed at her being impatient. My order came out few minutes later on a tray with crumbs and residue everywhere. I said to the young man. do yall clean trays? He just looked. I won't order a can water from here.
