This is the best Zaxby's out there. I love Zaxby's and have been to countless locations and this one blows them all out of the water. Their customer service is on par with Chick-fil-A, I've never had a negative experience with the food quality, and speed of service is the fastest I've experienced.
We visit this Zaxbys weekly and we noticed that this entire restaurant has a great personality and the desire to provide great customer service. Tim as the Manager most of the time is unbelievable with his entire ability to set the tone for outstanding customer service. The other person I need to recognize is a young lady named Lilly. She truly has a great skill when it comes to mannerism and outstanding customer service with a smile. Is very much aware of her surroundings...
BEST ZAXBYS EVER!!! Courtney was so nice to me. Gave me 3 sauces on the house. She saw I was having a bad day and just talked to me like I mattered. My food was great and I will definitely come back!!
