The staff is so friendly and accommodating. I had a complaint and they didn’t treat me like trash but were totally understanding, and fixed my issue! Always positive and professional. My go to Zaxbys- will be back again and again!
All I wanna say is wow...it felt almost like I was at Chick-fil-A...the manager guy with glasses really loves his job ..he needs to be the trainer for all managers of Zaxby's..the cashier came to the dining area and asked if we needed anything else I had to look at the name on my cup to remind myself I'm at Zaxby's....
Benjamin T. was super nice and attentive while ordering my food. The best customer services I ever received at any zaxby’s I have ever visited. Definitely will be returning back to this location. Keep up the great work, Ben.
