It’s getting rough with the amount of, and quality of food at some places. Zaxby’s in Auburn is one of them for me at my last visit several days ago.I ordered a 10 pc traditional wings tossed in tongue torch, a basket of toast, and 2 tongue torch sauces. Both sauces costed extra. I thought a 10 piece came with 2 sauces, but apparently not.The wing segments were small. I held one in my fingers for comparison (see pics). There is barely any sauce on the wings the last few years, which is why I ask for tongue torch instead of dipping sauce. For a total of $17.44 not including the drink and blue cheese dressing, that I had at home already. Good grief!Older review > I ordered tongue torch fingers. Had to add more at home. Usually tongue torch is swimming in it. Barely any hot sauce on these. Expected better for 10 fingers only costing almost $15. Was still delicious though

been going to this location for the past few months twice a week, i always order the wings and things, boneless, its listed menue price on the menue in front of my face is 11.45 cents, with tax i always pay 13 and some change, today i went and this smart elic dude on the other end of the mic says its 15.80, and i tell him politely that he might have made some sort of mistake, he rudely tells me, "Well your order is 13.80 before tax, so with tax its 15.80, i tell him calmy, the menue in front of my face says its 11.45 before tax, he rudely and angrilly tells me that i can pull around and talk to his manager if i had a problem, man i just wanted some food on my lunch break and you are ringing stuff up wrong, i wont be back sadly, sorry to the owners of the place, hire better staff, i spent a lot of money here and will spend it elsewhere.... 15.80 im going to olive garden or red lobster, yalls dry chicken isnt worth that

Just had the worst experience at this Zaxby’s. The entire staff was joking and playing around so much that it looked like a hallway in high school in between classes. I’ve never seen so much giggling and playing around peoples food, beverages and orders. Totally unprofessional, I had to send my order back twice. One young lady took the bag from me just fine when the other refused to take the order back but simply handed me the corrected items. This location needs to do some serious training or at least hire professional individuals, who want to work and service the customers instead of hang out with their friends on the clock.

Went to Zaxby's for some chicken fingers. Had to wait a little bit because the server was kind enough to make sure everything was freshly made. The order was fantastic hit the spot for an afternoon lunch stop. Appreciated the extra effort the staff put in to make my meal a good meal.

I love this place, but they are pricing themselves out of my wallet. It was $36+ for 2 diners and two orders of fried pickles. It will be a long time before I go back, if ever. 12 dill pickle slices at $5 is not something I will do again.

I upgraded this review because management contacted me and sufficiently resolved this issue.Poor resolution of problem by management.The app is terrible. I got a notice that their had a BOGO deal but after 3 times of going through the whole order, putting in a credit card and pushing purchase, it comes up "Oops there was an error". I showed the manager documentation of the offer and the order and the error message but instead of honoring the offer he said he couldn't help me because it had to be done through the app.

Some worker name nermna or what ever, I find it highly nasty that she serving food and coughing into her hands that not clean at all and very dirty. I was gonna order some food and I saw her cough into her hand while serving food at the drive truth and I saw spit everywhere so I left, please fix it.

I'm impressed with the fact that the manager cared enough to fix an error that I made when I ordered on the app. I did not realize that I had placed an order for the wrong store, but the MOD was willing and able to have his store make the order for me, saying that because the two stores were in the same franchise, it would be a wash.Thanks for caring enough to fix something that was not your fault.
