I had to wait over 10 minutes for my meal ,and I was literaly the only costomer there . And when I got my meal the bread was stale , and it made the burger disgusting .

This has to be the worst burger King i have ever been to. First with 3 people in the dinning room it took 20 mins just to get our order taken then it took another 20 to get my food. When I received my food it was cold as ice I brought it back to the manager and she offered to remake it for me I told.her I want a refund on my meal 30 molins later I was asked to drive back 45 mins to talk to her manager to get my refund

Walked in they had more then enough peiple working stood there for 15 mins waiting to order they looked at me and kept working on drive through which had 3 cars in line so i left went to hardees and got my food in less then 10 mins and they had more people there then burger king had ! I rexommend hardeez from now on burger sucks !
Very unprofessional establishment, dirty as hell and i can guarantee that as i worked there over a year, rude/ utterly stupid employees, and overall just nasty restaurant with nasty people. Sour milkshakes because they never clean the machine, stale buns bc they leave them out overnight, roaches everywhere in the back because its never cleaned. This restaurant shouldnt be running let alone getting any buisness. Yall are quite literally risking your lives every time you eat here.

Pulled up to the drive thru speaker and no one answered for five minutes. Then when I ordered a whopper the guy sarcastically stated, that’s gonna be seven minutes. I wasn’t in a hurry so I said that’s fine. He then repeated in a more agitated voice, I said that’s gonna take seven minutes! I told him, I said that’s fine unless you have a problem with making the burger. Long story short, I’m the only person here. I now know why.

One of the worst Burger Kings I have ever been to. When they first opened in Danielsville they tried to make a good impression but that effort quickly fell off a cliff. They have repeatedly gotten my orders wrong, the food is almost always cold as if the food has been sitting under crappy heat lamps that couldn't heat up anything, their buns are typically stale and dry, fries are never fresh, sodas are very often coming form a fountain systen low on syrup, you had better check for napkins, sauces, ketchup anything extra or special ordered (they always seem to screw it up even if you specifically ask for it or remind them at the window), they will have pull you up even if there is no one else in the line behind you (on the few times when they dont you can watch staff screw around and play around rather than work) this also lends to my next complaint...they take way too long. I have nicely addressed issues at the location but usually managment and staff at this store is rude and really dont seem to care about their job or the service the provide, I have called the franchise holder company that owns the location and they refused to call back. I have called corporate so many times that it was getting to a point or ridiculousness. Since nothing would happening I just stopped going to this location. Here's what's even funnier before Burger King opened the only other chain burger place in Danielsville was Hardee's. They were getting a little lackadaisical before Burger King opened but after they stepped up their game in a huge way. Hardee's recently redid the frontage of the store and got new local managment. So we need to use the fact that Hardee's is paying attention to show the Buger King location that either they need to share up or ship out. GET IT TOHETHER OR GET OUT OF DANIELSVILLE! Crappy restraunts don't last in this town. The only reason Burger King has lasted as long as it has is because it has a corporate franchise and a multiplication franchisee behind it.
Was just Uber Driving and delivered food but Burger King still be on top of their game...
