I was on my way home from an appointment when I decided to pull through the Hardee’s in Danielsville to grab some food. When I placed my order and Cheyenne told me the total I said she got the order wrong. The total was too low. When I pulled to the window I told her that she must have missed something, so she read everything back to me, it was all there. She told me that instead of charging me for everything separately she gave me a combo meal special price. She could have just keyed everything in separately however she took the time to save me money. That shows how caring she is and puts the customer first. I thanked her for her generosity and thoughtfulness. The food was really good and hit the spot! Great employee and excellent customer service. Will return.

Hardee's can be hit or miss. I do enjoy their breakfast biscuits and they often have good two for one price specials. Biggest issue often is the length of the drive through backup and time to wait.

Purchased two gravy biscuits at the drive thru this morning. The biscuits were great but I received two bowls barely half full of gravy. Not near enough to cover a biscuit. Very disappointed since I get this same thing frequently and the bowls are usually full of gravy.

All I can say is for 15 years now I have been repeatedly disappointed. If you go here , stop somewhere and pick up a meal you can eat on your long wait for basic menu items.
