Me and 2 other customers were IGNORED for about 12 minutes. Then the staff finally tried to help. And THEY were sick with the FLU. And touch my FOOD.Parking: Fine

Hardee's Danialvilles' Colbert Ga is truly a nice place to order a burger. Hardee's have always been one of the best fast food burger joints... Shakira and Tonyaoffered me superior customer service compared to other restaurants!! 03/30/2024
Several times over the past few months I have stopped in and either tried to get service, gave up and left or stood and waited on really slow service. Only to be dishearted with the food. Today no fries, really hard tots, double fried chicken sandwich with the nastiest lettuce and watery tomatoes. My husband ordered the Frisco with mustard and ketchup instead of mayo, only to receive no mustard. They can not get an order right. They asked us 10 times and still didn't get it right. My chicken was the most gristle filled chicken I have ever seen. I am done. I WILL NOT BE BACK!

I stop into Danielsville Hardee's almost every morning. The people are super nice and know my order before I start to order. The shift lead, Michelle, always has a smile.Parking: The parking lot is always clean
Michelle, the manager is a sweet lady; she always greets us with a smile when we arrive. They are quick with our orders & the food is always hot and fresh. Another employee named Gary is also very friendly, great service! Monster burger combos are great. I definitely recommend this Hardee’s location.
