Never got the food. The woman running it said they could not read my online order because they were out of paper to print the order. They were out of everything. The young man behind the counter was vaping. I asked for my money back and they said they would refund the card but refused to just give me the cash. They did not refund my card instead, I had to go through my bank. The cost was around $39. This is the second time I have had issues. They forget to give you things you paid for. Just not a very stable place to go.
The food is really good the customer service is really good I really like it because it always get my order right and there's a really best people there you should go there every day it's really good
These worker don't know anything sandwiches was throwed together the the little punk beside the counter couldn't keep his jeans up while fixing the sandwich I will call the health department on this subway and I hope they get shut down I told the boy not to touch my sub after he pulled his jeans wash his hands change his gloves I will make a call to the regional office about this subway people need to wear a belt !!!
10/10/24, 7:40 pm- 8:15pm for two sandwiches. 1 footlong and 1 6 inch. Everyone working was VERY unprofessional. 3 teenage-early 20’s cussing all over the store. 1 lady had her hair down flipping it all around the food, in a tank top, and more worried about the drama that happened earlier that day.

Last few times ordering online, sandwiches either lacked or had a scant of ingredients requested. Ordered steak & cheese with veggies and extra meat. Sandwich received was cold, had only meat, a little lettuce and lots of mayo. Paid no attention to order. This was 3rd order with similar experience recently. Prior sandwiches were spot on. I want that sandwich maker back.

I have hardly had any good experiences here...this past Friday I placed an order ahead of time on the app to save some time...but I showed up there to grab my order and the young man behind the counter was telling me that the only online they had was for "so and so" him and the other employee that was there went back and forth tryin to figure out where my order went....y'all NEED some better people up here at this one...I will be goin to the subway in comer or the one out on 29..but not this one until somethings are changed

Ordered a Pizza through the app. Looked like a pizza. When and picked up my order and received a sub with pizza sauce and shredded cheese on it… I was told that is their pizza. Subway has Faults advertisement.

Me and my husband walked in tonight at 9:30pm and was told they are closing which they close at 10pm. So we walked out. Highly disappointed.

The staff is Deaf Friendly! My classmates and I went there for field trip purposes to practice how to order independent. They even gave me free churro. The staff is so kind, I really appreciate them
