My coworkers and I tried to order breakfast at 9:00am November 12,2024 and they gave us a VERY hard time! The restaurant advertised a 2 for $5 special for chicken wraps on the app & the commercial. We placed our order on the app and we knowwww you can’t order lunch during breakfast hours, DUH! The app doesn’t even show lunch during breakfast hours so make it make sense! The day before we ordered the 2 for $5 during breakfast and they didn’t give us no problems. My coworker said he tried to show her that it was INDEED on the app & she did not want to look at his phone, because she knew what was what, so she put up a fuss started cussing and calling him a liar over some wraps, this was very unprofessional over some tenders. This establishment has had the worst customer service for the longest!!!

Ashley the Shift Manager was nothing short of being rude. Currently sitting in your establishment as I write this. My fiance and I are actively fleeing from Cat 5 hurricane milton and needed to stop for some quick food. She was short with my fiancé and he told her we had never been here before, and she said she would give us more time. When she finally came back, I went to place my order. I said "I would like the pick any 2 original bag, and first I would like the hot ham and cheese" and before I could finish my statement she interrupted me and asked if I wanted ..Will finish later
