Never in my life had such poor service and served by such rude people. Porchaia (or however you spell it) needs to go back home and wake up on the right side of the bed. Absolutely rude and NO customer service skills!!

It's been around a year since I quit going here. I thought I would give them another try. We hit the drive thru this morning. Had a ratchet girl take our order. Charged us to much. But the manager was at the window when we got there. He was professional and fixed it. But our biscuits were burnt. 😔 So I'll be leaving this place alone again. So hard to find go help.

The whole crew was so helpful, nice and quick. We came in with a Troop of 22 and from start to finish we were in and out in twenty minutes. The crew members were so patient as each of our girls ordered.They never rushed the girls or acted like allowing them to order for themselves was an inconvenience. Thank you to everyone. We had a large group of high school students. We experienced fast friendly service. The management was amazing and made sure we were well taken care of and everything was to our satisfaction. I also overheard the manager praising the Hardee’s staff for the hard-work by getting our orders out in a timely manner. It’s nice to see managers recognizing the staff’s dedication to their job.
We stop at this location on our way to Montgomery from Tampa often. The people who work there are always so sweet and professional. And the food is great. 😊

The sign on their window said they served breakfast until 12pm but they stopped breakfast at 10:50am but left the breakfast menu up anyways. Quite unorganized.
