We were so pleasantly surprised with how great the fried chicken was. It was perfectly crispy and not greasy. The veggies and mashed potatoes and biscuit were fabulous as well. The employees were so helpful and friendly!
My first time eating at a Jack's. I had the 8 piece wing combo. The food was fresh and hot, just the way I like it. Both clerks were very nice, friendly and professional. I like the flat part of the wings and I was very disappointed that they gave me all drummers instead of a mixture of the flats and drummers. Also, another disappointment was I didn't taste any seasoning in the chicken. Other than that, the service was great and I will try them again.
