Nice place to stop in an otherwise rural food desert, but the dining room cleaning staff person kept looking over my shoulder, asking me questions about what I was reading on my phone and who I was messaging. Cash register staff seemed amused by the cleaning staff person asking intrusive questions. I was very nice, but left when the questions kept coming. Odd.

The food was okay. I mean it's McDonald's. You shouldn't really expect mind blowing food not from an American McDonalds.........But, I was impressed by the customer service.

My future coffee purchases will exclude McDonald's due to the persistent inferior quality and significant price increases, which have reached parity with Starbucks. Although the convenience of their extended hours is a consideration while driving, my recent experience was marred by disappointment. The lady who poured the coffee seemed to have recently applied hand lotion, which imparted a foul odor to the beverage. As I took my initial sip, the potent smell of hand lotion in the coffee was thoroughly disgusting.

Absolutely terrible experience at this McDonald’s. The store is supposed to open at 5:00 AM, but no one even showed up until 5:30. I stopped by before work just wanting a simple coffee, but was told I had to wait another 30 minutes for them to even start preparing anything. After waiting around, I asked again, only to be told the grill wasn’t on yet and I’d need to wait another 15 minutes. Completely unprofessional. If you can’t open on time or serve basic items like coffee, don’t list that you’re open. Total waste of time.

Submitted a mobile order on the way to the restaurant. Pulled in and submitted my parking space number for curbside pickup. Parked. Two more cars parked after I did. They both got their orders while I still sat waiting. After waiting more than 15 minutes, I went inside. No one at the counter. No one cared I was standing there. I could see our drinks sitting in the prep area. After more than 5 minutes, someone asked what I needed. CHAOS. So many people were waiting on things; all out of order. When I finally got my order, it still wasn’t right. But I was already on the road. They gad made a burger with onions (ordered without onions) and then apparently made a weak attempt to just scrape them off. Didn’t work and the whole thing tasted like onions. Kid wouldn’t eat it and neither could I.
Drinks had been sitting so long they were watered down. I told them not to worry about making them again. That request was ignored. So once I got the food, then I was still waiting on the drinks. But the girl who was supposed to be making them had moved to another task. ABSOLUTE CHAOS. So many people working but nothing being done.
No offer of apology. No discount, not a thing to try to make it right. WILL NOT BE BACK.

Staff at both drive thru windows were very polite, they had me pull forward for my food where I was handed my order, double checked it was correct and offered condiments from a nice tray. Food was hot and great experience overall!

Took fifteen minutes before someone took our order in drive-thru. The employee didn’t apologize about the wait time & it was only one vehicle ahead of me and my family! This was a devastating experience for us!
Great friendly service from this southern store in western Georgia. Coffee and McFlurry were great choices compared to the fast food

I wish I would have gotten the young lady's name at the drive thru who took our order. We had a large order (6 meals) and 3 of them were special requests. The cashier was pleasant, did not appear pressured (despite the long line), and got the order just right. When we made it to the window, she continued with excellent customer service. As we pulled up to the next window, the next young lady was just as polite and asked us to pull forward. Finally, the young lady that ran food out to us had the same politeness. Great customer service is not as common as it once was but this visit was a breath of fresh air.
