Worst Taco Bell ever! Asked for fresh fries & Manger gave me recooked fries(dipped old fries in grease for 2 minutes) then she got mad because I wouldn’t take those..she then made me fresh fries and took my fries in a back room to do something to them..I left the fries and they didn’t give me my drink..OTHER worker uses fighting words because I asked for their names and I’m 7 months PREGNANT! On top of that my food was wrong!..didn’t get a picture of the manager!

everytime i come here it’s either a ridiculously long wait tonight for a mobile i placed 30 min prior to arrival and it STILL wasn’t ready. they mess up the food or they completely close off the dining room. multiple times have i seen the manager chatting with her friends / giving them free food. the service is awful here makes me not want to come back. morning crew service is usually decent but the evening crew is honestly awful. i work in fast food too and would never imagine customers having to wait or closing them out of the dining room. completely unacceptable

So far so good, it's newly built and open but the bathrooms and dining room were in great shape. Service was good! My only flaw i couldn't get a reciept and no tea in the dining room( there was some behind the counter. We did get there at 930pm so couldnt
We have eaten at the Dawson Taco Bell several times-both eat-in and take out and have always had excellent customer service, excellent food, and excellent environment. I want to say thank-you to the staff. Job well done!
