The lady that takes your order is very rude and disrespectful, made my kids experience there horrible and I will not return back. I would rather go to another location where they do treat customers with respect and kindness. Nobody that's in customer service should ever antagonize a patron who is spending over $100, you know what the amount doesn't matter, she was rude when trying to get a clear understanding of ordering. Customer service 0 and made the food less desirable.

I stop today to get 1 10 piece combo and a 6 piece combo I ask for the wings to be crispy, the wings was so hard I could not even eat them! The wings were burnt crispy….The customer service is horrible! This has to be one of the worst American Deli I been too!! Please don’t go this location.. My mom was upset!!!😩😩😩

My experience here was not good at all they charge you 75 cents for some yum yum sauce that suppose to come with the fried rice and they charge you 2$ and 90 cents for a large cup of ice it's just ridiculous do not go to this American deli no wonder they have 3.1

The food was once so good here! 10 piece wing combo with fries and a drink. The past few times I’ve gone here in maybe the last two years or so the food is terrible. The wings are abnormally small. Makes me wonder if it’s even real chicken? The wings used to be standard regular size now they are TINY. They used to provide a few celery sticks with your combo meal. Now they take one small piece of a celery and cut it into a few pieces each maybe an inch. Way overpriced for the food. I thought the past times were isolate incidents of getting small wings by chance but now I know better and I will not be returning.
