Unfortunately, my recent visit to American Deli left much to be desired. When I arrived to pick up my order, a younger staff member was quite rude, snatched my credit card receipt from me, and even made a snide comment. This experience was disappointing and not reflective of the friendly service I usually appreciate in the area. I hope the management addresses this to improve customer experience.

I really am trying to be open-minded with establishments such as American Deli but absolutely not with this establishment...I will say they had good customer service but I was really unhappy with my wings...they were $13 and extremely small and then had an old taste..the manager with extreme hesitation eventually replaced my wings...they did apologize about their store policy. It's ok I won't ever bother them again as this is not the area I frequent anyways.. Carry on😊

Arrived at 8:45 on 10/9/2024 cashier said they were closed and Google says closes at 9:30. She was rude when I asked what time you close and her response was "Now. Were closed". Please update your hours of operation and also hiring some polite cashiers wouldn't hurt either.

My experience here Was great Thanks to the cashier, Ms .Nakia She was so sweet patient and kind hearted ! I was very grateful to have someone that actually understand me . The food looks delicious and I'm pretty sure he's great my purpose. My review is for great customer service that I recieved today .! FYI The menu is a little pricey, so prepare to bend your pockets a little. :) Enjoy Thank you so much Nakia & The cook whatever his name is Hehe:)

Rice was overcooked. Wings were small and tough, and the customer service was terrible.
The burgers were big with flavor. The fries were delicious. The fries were good There was a lot of them. The wings were fantastic. Chicken tenders were good as well. While I was at. I gobbled down for large cokes would recommend this place 👍

I was a former employee and this was the worst job ever. We dont have clock in numbers so we're on the owners time. No breaks or lunch breaks so if you work a full day just know you won't get any breaks. Whenever someone quit I would have to work the entire day. The cooks will lie and say things to the owner and she will take the cooks side even if they are wrong.And the biggest factor is the owner (KIM) said that I was short $210 dollars and kept the money in her pocket. When I left my co-worker was short $240. How come everyone short everytime. People work long and hard just to be short everytime and the sad thing about it she shorted me while I was pregnant.

I come here all the time. The food is good but today I go in and order and the cashier gave my food to the wrong person. I asked for a refund she didn't know how to do it the manager wasn't there so she couldn't get in touch with her. So I asked the cook could they remake my food because it was touched. They both told me no and that they didn't care. I was about to call the police but she ended up have to give me my money back in cash which caused her till to be short. My kids crying cause they hungry and this really hurt. The fact that I spend money there all the time just to get treated like that. I will never go back there again.
