I was a former employee and this was the worst job ever. We dont have clock in numbers so we're on the owners time. No breaks or lunch breaks so if you work a full day just know you won't get any breaks. Whenever someone quit I would have to work the entire day. The cooks will lie and say things to the owner and she will take the cooks side even if they are wrong.And the biggest factor is the owner (KIM) said that I was short $210 dollars and kept the money in her pocket. When I left my co-worker was short $240. How come everyone short everytime. People work long and hard just to be short everytime and the sad thing about it she shorted me while I was pregnant.

I come here all the time. The food is good but today I go in and order and the cashier gave my food to the wrong person. I asked for a refund she didn't know how to do it the manager wasn't there so she couldn't get in touch with her. So I asked the cook could they remake my food because it was touched. They both told me no and that they didn't care. I was about to call the police but she ended up have to give me my money back in cash which caused her till to be short. My kids crying cause they hungry and this really hurt. The fact that I spend money there all the time just to get treated like that. I will never go back there again.

Make sure you are specific with your order, and repeat it at least a couple more times. I just had two extra dollars charged because i ordered boneless wings, got bone in, and they had to redo the order.Not a strong suit for the business, but i try not to speak on a matter of opinion. Aside from that, the food is average, great if your drunk and looking for a fast pick me up, as to be expected. Though, they are INCREDIBLY stingy about the sauce, and their wings are laughably small.

I came in last night and ordered power ranch. When I got home only three out of ten wings had powder ranch on them. Also the Asian lady owner is very inconcerning and rude. But play dumb when she gets checked . I'm coming tomorrow November 18 2023 to get my money back. The Asian lady kept my receipt.

I stopped here while waiting on a friend and had a taste for some hot wings and some fish; whiting to be exact. The inside was decent; truthfully no complaints. The young lady that took my order was polite and helpful. Speaking of helpful, a few hours went by and I couldn't find my other phone. So I called it and the young lady picked up and told me she has it waiting for me at the store... for that I am thankful and would definitely come back for the awesome customer service...
Their wings are extremely small...not worth the money. They are charging $1.62 for a cup of ice. I will not be returning.

Waited 40 Mins for my food. The one cook skipped around. Everyone who ordered AFTER me got their food BEFORE me. Someone named "Ms. Kim" said that nobody could receive a refund or as someone else who had waited nearly an hour wanted a courtesy food item that too was vetoed. She never even attempted to correct the cook with the bad attitude who was literally doing whatever he wanted to do order wise. Atrocious experience!!!!! This is why we should stop going to restaurants that treat us like this. Poor customer experience!!!! No attempt to make it better but wants to have customers. Make it make since!!!!!!! Paid $25 for two 10 piece wing meals.

I ordered the 10pcs wing combo. Chicken wings were small but flavored well. Overall food was overall decent but the highlight was the cashier w/ her bubbly personality. Maybe it was because I had caught her before the lunch rush the chance to beat her down.Parking: The parking lot is small. It's best to back in if you have the opportunity to.

The food is good, I usually order a Chicken Philly with fries, its pretty standard. There isn't usually a wait to order and the food is cooked pretty quickly.The service is ok, they cashiers are usually sitting down and/or on their phones when you walk in.
