App was good but you really can't mess up spinach dip. Ordered steak med well and was sent a med rare steak with the plastic from the pack on my steak they took it back and still under cooked my food on top of forgetting my steak that I got uncharged for. Spoke to MOD and didn't even get a comp or nothing which is fine. I am a chef and to make sure my customer is satisfied with the experience I would have done things differently. Won't order steak again unless I want it med rare med.

This Applebee's need to shut down and start over. I have been here twice (trying to give a second chance) and both times, the food, service and restaurant were awful. This last time on 2/22/25, was the last straw. We came in a a party of 4, two kids, two adults. We weren't immediately sat which was NOT a big deal, it was Saturday and we understood it being busy. We were sat at about 6pm. Our server, a gentleman w/ dreads ... I didn't bother to get his name, was obviously busy and didn't get to us until about 6:15. Again, not a problem. The problems came AFTER we ordered. We ordered an appetizer and decided to go ahead and order food since the kids were antsy. 20 minutes pass, no appetizer, no kids food, no refills. My husband tracks down a server walking by to trouble her for a refill b/c he had a flavored lemonade and they apparently make them at the bar, she said she'd get our server. He comes back to the table about 5 mins later grabs the glass and walks off .. no indication on the food or asking if wanted water refills or another margarita (which i had ordered). He comes back 5 mins later w/ the kids' food, but no refill and no appetizer. Okay, fine. I then ask him, can we get more water and remind him about my husband's refill. He leaves. He comes back w/ the refill and FINALLY w/ our food. By this time it is about 7:05pm. We had quite literally waited, ALMOST an hour for the food. I thanked him and advised our appetizer STILL hadn't come out and if it was still ordered to please cancel it as we would no longer be interested since we now have dinner and also to bring the check (it obviously takes awhile to get things done, so I wanted to get a head start so we could leave when ready). The food was subpar at best. We eat, and he finally brings the check and boxes, it's almost 8pm at this point, but he also has the appetizer that we ordered. He asked if we still wanted it .. which I had earlier advised that I didn't (i think he just forgot to put it in) and that we'd have to pay for it since it was made. I advised him to remove it from the ticket or get a manager. He comes back w/ the revised ticket, and by this time I'm annoyed. In no world should it take an hour to get food at a freaking Applebee's. Two hours spent on two kids chicken tender meals, an appetizer, and teo OVERDONE sizzling platters that weren't even sizzling when they came to the table. JUST NO, Go elsewhere.

Just about everything we asked about they were out of. The appetizer platter was not great, the mozzarella sticks and quesadilla were fresh but that was about it. The sweet tea taste like syrup. The server was nice but I still had to ask for flatware, napkins, and appetizer plates after the platter was served. The ceiling was pretty gross and despite them being open late, I honestly won't be returning.

The hostess did not want to seat us where we wanted... To the point of arguing with me. The place was not busy. The steak was so tuff I could not chew.

The food was blah. I had to wait 35 minutes for the food to come out. The server called me rude because I corrected him on a menu item that he didn't know existed. I put $2 as tip on my less than $10 bill, and they charged me $10 for tip instead of the $2. I called 3 times to try to get the refund, no resolution whatsoever, I ended up dispute the charge... NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN.

First and foremost this location needs a deep cleaning from the windows to the lights that hang above the table and above your food when they place it on the table. Paying customers should not hear the back-and-forth between employees that’s going on in the back let alone employees complaining in front of paying customers. I asked for a salad I was told by my server that their salad truck has not come in for a few days only to see another table with a Caesar salad in front of them come to find out the person that preps the lettuce is not there today and they asked a cook to do it. The cook stated that’s not his job & The manager stated that is not her job as well.. So basically my server lied to me about why I couldn’t order a salad only for the employees to be having a conversation out on the floor about why another employee is getting sent home early and it all boiled down to Down to who don’t want to prep lettuce and whose job it is or whose job it is not. The celery sticks was not pleasing to they eye, The silverware is rolled up in dirty napkin, The food does not come out like advertised , let alone the taste is not there ..not sure if it’s the timing or what but even so once you open, you guys should be up and running whether it’s one customer, two customer, three customer it doesn’t matter a customer should get served properly accommodated properly and presented with good food. I watched two tables get up and walked out in the time that I was there..the north Druid hills location is nothing compared to this one & now I see why .
