We waited 40 mins no service no drink nothing but 4 Caucasian people come in after 10mins of them being there the lady walked from behind the bar asked them did they wanna move to the other side wherr the servers were i was pissed instead of causing a scene we left

I only stopped in to grab a drink this time so I just sat at the bar. The bartender was great. Her personality was very friendly and outgoing. Her skills were obvious as she may drinks and kept the bar area clean. She also checked on all the customers regularly to make sure we were okay. By the way, this bucket was plenty and plenty good

My appetizer (wonton tacos) came out cold.My entree (grilled chicken and shrimp) came out EXTRA charred (burnt) the manager was amazing!!! However, his employees are a bad reflection of him. They seem young and TRY to be intimidating. However, that does not work with everyone especially not me! I suppose the young ladies (Waitresses heard me say my appetizer was cold( even though I just asked for a to go container) I watched while they told the big guy with the dreads who came out trying to move as though we were supposed to be scared lol very funny ! I still asked HIM for the manager! My waitress then proceeded to question me about asking for the manager, in which I said I did. However, the manager was very professional. He got it made over thanks although after that I didn’t trust it nor did I eat it. Please stop hiring these kids and grown azz immature adults! And to say the man I was with did not want to go there anyway but I vouched for Applebee’s ! Never again! I continue to DoorDash them good old wonton tacos lol

Time: 9:02pm resurrection Sunday. (Currently in the establishment typing my review)My 10yr daughters bday and we decided to eat here.Literally the worst apple bees you could come too. They were out of everything, from lemonade, sprite, spinach, paper towels..I mean everything. No bacon for the signature Mac n cheese. Smh. My family and I had to seat ourselves because the host was sitting in a booth in his phone. The tablets hadn’t been wiped so we had to choose one that looked to be the cleanest. After waiting a while I asked if I could have a towel to wipe the table ( the host was kind enough to hand me a semi dirty rag which i took the liberty of cleaning myself). Smh. The Waitress Santana was really kind. She kept us informed on what was available and not. Honestly she was the best part of the experience. We didn’t get our food until 10:36pm. During that time I watched as so many people came in sat down for 30-1hr just waiting for service. At one point a party of 11 came in and the waiter for that particular side said that he wouldn’t take them because it was to big. (Wait what???) The manager looked defeated. He didn’t even try. I had him reduce my ticket and gave out waitress the amount remaining the regular ticket would have came up too. The worst experience ever. Needs better management and workers (besides Santana) she held it down the best she could. I wouldn’t waste my money or time coming here. The only reason we stayed was because my daughter really wanted to eat here. She was quite disappointed after waiting a while and had a few words herself, but we just bagged our food once we got it and left. Well the kids food. My husband and I didn’t bother because it just wasn’t good. All I got were sides (three cheese, Mac, Aaron, but they were out of bacon, Regular mashed potatoes and broccoli with melted shredded cheese ? I’m pregnant so that’s all I could take) Our kids settled for pizza, cheese sticks, and fries. The way that is looking this place will probably be closed down within a next few months. Will be having a talk with corporate tomorrow.
