some of the worst customer experience ive ever had in my entire life, lemonade tasting like straight tap water, order was incorrect, food is cold, employees dont want to provide a receipt, employees want to ARGUE about your order. management is lazy and doesnt do anything about it. employees MEAN MUG anyone walking up. this is ALLLLL at the kenwood mall in cincinnati ohio btw✌🏻✌🏻

Just ordered our first taste of Auntie Anne's via DoorDash Delivery. The pretzels were AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS. We tried the pepperoni, sweet almond & cinnamon sugar. They arrived still warm. I'm hard to impress, we will definitely order again. I highly recommend.

I have ordered two days in a row to see of it was a mistake or they just taking money and I ordered two Items and I had to pay for the sause separately and I still didnt get my sauce and they argued with my doordash delivery driver about it and not I cant get a refund and the number when u call is busy.
