Super disappointed with my food today. Kaiser roll was barely warm, roll wasn’t toasted or buttered, and the bacon itself wasn’t crispy but… hard. The hash brown I ordered was sopping wet in grease, literally falling apart like a wet sponge. Coffee was great and so were the pastries, but I don’t see myself coming back for just these things. Maybe a bagel is the better choice?

The staff was personable and efficient. I arrived right just as it was starting to get busy. The line moved quickly - either that or I lost track of time looking at all the baked goodies on display. My food was delicious - I highly recommend!
The only downside is parking. I parked in the public parking area behind the cafe and when I scanned the QR code it wanted to charge me $16 for 1 hr on a Saturday morning! There is street parking but I didn't see any spots when I arrived. That won't stop me from visiting B-Side again though - I'll just be patient and take my time to look for other parking alternatives.

Everything we’ve had at B-side is spectacular- the coffees, the bagels, the quiche - it’s just all so delicious! Despite the insane crowd on the weekends, the staff is so friendly and welcoming even though they’re just insanely busy all the time. Love this place - would come here more often if the line wasn’t always out the door! 😜

Bagels are perfect here! A real sleeper hit to the veggie packed sando. But also the whitefish rivals any I've had in the northeast. I always love counter culture coffee - and they make it right. If there's a line it's 100% worth waiting in!!!

I got a SEC bagel, hot cocoa, cardamom bun, and Boston cream donut (weekends only). Bagel (6/10) was small but spicy with a yummy runny egg. Still I feel like I could've made it at home/wouldn't get again. Hot cocoa (2/10) was mostly milk, could barely taste the chocolate. Cardamom bun was okay, could use more flavor inside. But the donut (1000/10) was FABULOUS.
Waited 45 min in line and 10 min to get my food. Love Downtown Decatur!

Best bagel I’ve ever had, and the apple cinnamon cream cheese was the cherry on top! The hot turkey and bacon sandwich was just as incredible. My only complaint? Parking is limited and pricey , but totally worth it for food this good.

First thing, the crew that’s here is amazing and the ambience is one that I severely enjoy. I’m a photographer so coming here sparks my artistic imagination because everything in here has been curated in a such a way that you could only describe it as a loving touch. Nadine and Jenni, Simone are exceptional to say the least. The other crew members names I can remember are excellent and friendly in every interaction as well. Point being: perfect place to start you morning, midday or whatever time you need that fuel of peace. I go for the cinnamon latte with the leaf design. You wouldn’t regret it.
