My order was given to another customer. The manager did not come out to explain the problem until after I asked the server to speak with him. The kitchen and waitstaff appeared to be disorganized and a bit clueless as to how to handle and address a serious mistake on their part. The manager “comped” my portion of the meal which arrived at the table 15 minutes after my wife and brother were served, despite the fact that my order was an appetizer that should have taken no more than 10 minutes to prepare. I will never go there again.

So before we even get to the food, let’s talk about the service! Every single time my kids and I visit this location, we receive excellent service from being greeted at the door, to our servers (when we dine in), to the managers that have come around to check on us. Seriously, we love never had a bad interaction. On our most recent visit today, Nadia greeted me promptly as I walked in, Jajuan took care of me at the bar and made my shake to PERFECTION, and Adam the manager was so nice!
Now the food. The food the food the food! My absolute favorite shake in the world comes from here, the Caramel Pretzel shake. It’s literally so amazing with chunks of salty, soft yet crunchy pretzels. 10 out of 10. The burgers? Phenomenal. One of the rare places that allow you to get egg on your burger.
You’re guaranteed to have a GOOD time at BAD Daddy’s!

The food saves them. Every time I have placed a to go order here within the last 2-3 years I’ve lived here it has never been ready. It take like an hour for one burger and the website gives you a time to pick up so then you are just sitting there waiting for another 20-30 minutes past your promised time. This particular experience tonight they didn’t even put my party on the grill (per the very nice hostess) until 10 minutes after I got there (9:45) and my promised time was 9:35 and I placed my order at 9:16. Great food, not great delivery/service time, and that’s a consistent error I’ve observed. Love yalls food though!
