Worst experience ever told us that it was closed after we decided to add something to our order then after we got to the window they cussed at our car and then had the audacity to call the police on us as if we had done something wrong. Then they decided to try and keep the debit card and refuse to give it back to us. Finally they gave it back to us but only after calling the police after we had actually paid for our orders and everything we did absolutely nothing wrong. Other than decide to tell him we wanted to change our order. That was it and last time I checked the customer was always right. Never ever ever and I repeat. Never ever stop by and you know patronize that establishment ever. It is not worth your time or efforts and it definitely ain't worth the flavor

By far the worst customer service ever. I waited at register 3 minutes before even being spoken to and they had an attitude when I asked if I could place my order. BIG NO, worst service I've had in a while honestly.

If i could give less than zero stars i would. Whoever is manager or employee on this shift at this time of the review 1:25 am, he was very rude to me and kept my order i had purchased through DoorDash (who is also getting a complaint), because it was proven that my first order was stolen and DoorDash sent another dasher and DoorDash customer service called as well to confirm the issue and to allow the second order to be picked up. He was very nasty on the phone with me and DoorDash support. And i also was told i cant get a full refund. Very upset.

I’m sitting in the drive thru placing an order. The man working drive has a nasty attitude. He had the never to say he sick and no milk shake. First and last time coming to this location.

DO NOT GO HERE OR ORDER DOOR DASH. Unbelievable. My dasher contacted me to let me know the line was long so it was going to be a wait. I tried calling 5 times to make sure my ice cream wasn’t going to be melted by the time my dasher got to the front window because I know sometimes they make it ahead of time and let it sit out. No answer, of course. Dasher keeps in contact the whole time and it took them less than 10 minutes to get to my house after the order was picked up. I open it and it’s completely melted. Oh and if you can’t tell what it was supposed to be. It was supposed to be a banana split. Useless waste of a business.
