Landy kicked me and a buddy out the second we walked in to sit down and said dine room closes at 10 pm (we came in at 9:15). She refused to serve us for no reason and we decided not to make a big deal and left
Drive thru was fast, but the waffle bowl I got was completely stale and inedible. The ice cream itself was fine but almost $10 for a treat that I couldn't even enjoy all of was very disappointing.

This establishment was absolutely awful. There were three people in the car and none of us could see the menu; either, it was behind the intercom or the angle was so bad, that couldn't read.The service was absolutely terrible. While we were trying to read the menu and figure out what we wanted, the man over the speaker began to rush because "the line was long" nevermind the fact that two of the three people have never come here before and were trying to figure out what we wanted.We ended up leaving without anything as they began ordering stuff we never asked for and they began YELLING through the speaker. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Such a crazy experience. I called ahead to make sure they were open as I received an UberEats request to deliver and they were some miles away. 10 minutes later I showed up in drive thru, and told them Uber for customer name and number. At the widow the guy said I should have said UberEats and was really short and rude with me. In the meantime, he told me no such order came through and suddenly the order miraculously canceled un the app while I'm at the window. I didn't do anything to this dude and drove out of my way to make his customer happy, I'll never do that again. My customer had just sent me a message thanking me for getting their order and that they'd been waiting a long time. So definitely it's not the customer! The restaurant didn't intend to fulfill this order. Avoid

I don’t even want to give this place 1 star. Had an entire argument with the old Indian man and the mid aged Indian woman about remaking my sundae because it had nuts on them. I AM ALLERGIC TO NUTS! We asked very nicely and they both were being rude and nasty to my me and my boyfriend saying “that’s how it comes.” The guy didn’t confirm all the toppings on the speaker like usually people would do and it was hard to read the screen. He started cussing at my boyfriend and when my boyfriend said something back, he there’s threatened to call the cops. The WORST customer service ever! I am so close to not going to Dunkin or baskin anymore due their appalling service lately. Do not spend your money here.
