I entered the establishment to pick up for Uber Eats. I stood there for five minutes while employees walked past me, looked me in the eyes, and never said anything. Finally, someone asked me who I was there for. Then, I had to wait another five minutes for the two orders to be prepared. No one had any hair nets, and everyone, including the guy, had long hair (he also had a long beard with no net). No customer service skills at all.

Where do I start? The windows are dirty - only drive thru is open - homeless people sleeping around the building like it’s a homeless shelter - people walking up to the drive thru ordering food - hold on I’m not done - playing loud music out of the establishment like it’s not a franchise. Geez ? hire better people to run your business.

Had a latte an a breakfast sandwich, I didn't know till I took a bit that they use powdered eggs. It's texture messed up the meal, the latte was okay though..

I was having a great day before I stopped by to get a shake from Baskin Robbins. Got to the speaker and no one attended to me, I then drove up to the window. I was told that I could not place my order at the window and that I had to go back on the line which had 10 cars. Staff is not friendly and very rude. General manager needs to have an intervention with employees.

Pulled up at 8:50pm and they were drive through only so I went to the drive through and asked for 2 pints of gold medal ribbon, the lady on the speaker didn’t know what I was talking about so I repeated myself. She said “no, we don’t have that” I said “ok thank you” and began to drive. As i passed the window there was a lady standing on the other side flicking me off and dancing… unclear of what I did that warranted the finger in that scenario, especially for barely having any interaction at all.

Employees are rude and disrespectful. What franchise owner allows customers to be treated this way. The feminine man that works there should be dismissed immediately. That location will be shut down base on how customers get treated.
