Ordered a cake for a bday online, was told it would be ready for the date specify. When arrived to pick it up there was NO cake and was offered a smaller, no special occasion cake. Was told they would give me a quart of ice cream or donuts for not having my special cake. Not happy and will not order from this place again.

Last month, I ordered an ice cream cake for my 95 year old Mom's birthday party. When it didn't come in on time, the wonderful manager of the store tracked it down and had it delivered in time. I can't thank her enough. The ice cream cake was a hit!

Horrible service ...I wanted the new ice cream Baskin Robbins just released ..The peanut butter & Jelly ...Asked did they have it ...a yt man told me ..ALL OUR FLAVORS ARE LISTED ABOVE THE INTERCOM...only the basic were listed ya know . cho strawberry vanilla very basic flavors . Disappointed I said ok just give me butter pecan .got to the window then I seen the sign advertising the new flavor- I said so you guys didn't get that . the new one at this store huh . thinking the ans was no ..the last replies YES WE HAVE IT .I'm like well why is he saying inky the flavors that listed on that boring list ??!! I don't like to return food I woulda wanted my money back so I just left but 8 could a got butter pecan from anywhere...Ice Cream lovers literally come here bcuz you offer 31 FLAVORSSSSS DUHHHHHH!!!!!???

After looking at the ice cream, the employees, hearing a cough from the back, no masks, and looking at the work areas... I left. They really need to learn and practice sanitation. I'm sure it's some cross containmantion going on in their. One of the buckets of ice cream had frost around the top edge, and another bucket look like it was melting ? ( in the freezer). So it must have been sitting out longer than it should have. Again looking around it wouldn't surprise me. I would love to see their grade. Don't go because you just might get ?
