Just got a 1/2 dozen donuts and spent almost $10. I would have been more satisfied if I had thrown that $10 on the ground. Because that is where those 3 day old tasting donuts should have been. The staff on Saturday afternoon was totally inadequate. The drive thru line was over 10 cars deep and the staff totally ignored the customers inside the shop.

Last month, I ordered an ice cream cake for my 95 year old Mom's birthday party. When it didn't come in on time, the wonderful manager of the store tracked it down and had it delivered in time. I can't thank her enough. The ice cream cake was a hit!

I went to Duncan Donuts today and asked for a Decaf Frozen Iced Coffee. The cashier act like I was speaking a foreign language. She asked two other staff members if they knew what I was talking about. They looked just as confused as she did.I then said, give me what's equivalent to a Frappe. Mind you my co-worker went there two days ago ordered and bought the same Frozen Iced Coffee that I asked for. The staff at this location always seem discombobulated and irritated. They don't t have a clue about anything. I wish they would get a whole new crew

Horrible service ...I wanted the new ice cream Baskin Robbins just released ..The peanut butter & Jelly ...Asked did they have it ...a yt man told me ..ALL OUR FLAVORS ARE LISTED ABOVE THE INTERCOM...only the basic were listed ya know . cho strawberry vanilla very basic flavors . Disappointed I said ok just give me butter pecan .got to the window then I seen the sign advertising the new flavor- I said so you guys didn't get that . the new one at this store huh . thinking the ans was no ..the last replies YES WE HAVE IT .I'm like well why is he saying inky the flavors that listed on that boring list ??!! I don't like to return food I woulda wanted my money back so I just left but 8 could a got butter pecan from anywhere...Ice Cream lovers literally come here bcuz you offer 31 FLAVORSSSSS DUHHHHHH!!!!!???

Every time i go thru here i get ripped off. Either they dont honor my coupons or app deals that get sent to me or they bait and switch. Just now i ordered a $3 cold brew and $2 mini bagel bites. Yotal comes to $7 because the bagel bites that are advertised are only the plain ones... wtf? Two little bagel bites for $3.49... may as well have gotton a whole bagel with cream cheese instead. What a rip off.
