Only one person taking orders for entire dining room. Ordered food that was never put in, and asked ahead of time about allergy concerns and told server about allergy, but still received food with that ingredient after asking multiple times ahead of time. Definitely be careful if you have food allergies here.

I visited this restaurant last night for the first time, even though I’m a frequent customer of this chain. I tried to place an order six times before I arrived, but no one answered. I started calling an hour and a half before closing time. Since they were the only location open until 10 pm on a Thursday night, I decided to take the 30-minute drive to the restaurant. I arrived 31 minutes before closing, but when I got there, a staff member with no empathy at all laughed and said, “Oh, the kitchen closed four minutes ago.” This is the epitome of poor customer service. If you can’t make it at least two hours before closing, I would avoid this location. I also wasted money parking because there isn’t free parking here.

I am in love with their mala chicken. I came here during the mid afternoon, so it was almost empty. Service was quick, and the place was quiet. They have two TVs on if you're the type who enjoys background noise or visuals.

I wish the mala chicken had more sauce because it was delicious. Because we had the rose tteotboki, it was a good combo with both. It wasn't dry and mostly breading luckily.

They have a happy hour everyday 2-5pm. So we got a beer pitcher which was a few dollars less. They only have 4? Beer pitcher options. I tried their ponce at night IPA, which was okay, not extremely bitter. They didn't allow samples so we took the gamble.

I like this restaurant and their food but waiting time is little bit long .

This place used to be one of my favorite bbq chicken places but it has gone really bad in recent months. when you order boneless, you don’t expect crumbs you except at least something better than McDonals McNuggets. This is like a leftover from the previous day chicken.

Wow. This is the first Google review I’ve ever left. Didn’t think it’d be for this chain.

Actually the worst “bb.q Chicken” I’ve had so far. Went into this location today. No problems with the guy who took my order. Food came out in its usual time for this chain. But when I drove down the road to eat my food, I realized none of the wings I ordered have crunchy breading. I’ve had this chicken in three different states at various locations. This is the only one that didn’t have the crunchy breading on the outside. Something the chain is known for. It’s literally in every promotion picture. I tried one piece to give it a fair shot. Without breading, the chicken was super dry and the pieces extremely small. I called the restaurant to see if I could bring it back and get a refund or exchange. Anything. Was told there was nothing they could do and that’s just how they make them at this location. I feel like food is too expensive these days to not offer any solution. I was looking forward to a nice meal after a long day delivering other people’s food. It’s just disappointing.

Would not recommend this location. Choose one in another part of Atlanta. Also, there is zero free parking to sit and eat. Only 15 minute for takeout. Just an FYI.

Honey garlic is so good !

Despite the positive ratings, our experience here was disappointing. Customer service is lackluster, in fact it felt that the server did not want us there. Walked in and without asking they immediately told us the food prep would take 25 minutes and take out wouldn’t be any different. We just wanted to see the menu! It’s hard to feel unwelcome at a place you’re trying for the first time. Btw the food took maybe 15 minutes. Maybe add some training to your hospitality.

The menu is hard to understand and no explanation of the sauces. For some reason they only sell their sandwiches at lunch. What even are you ordering with a 1/2 or whole chicken? I know what boneless and bone in wings are, just explain what you get with the 1/2 chicken.

The chicken is pretty good and the sauces we ordered were tasty. The secret sauce tastes like apple and baking spices. The honey garlic is balanced, slightly spicy and very garlicky. Galbi is good, very savory, but I’d recommend getting the spicy galbi.

Overall it was a weird experience. I’d encourage the management to get a bit more involved in the customer experience here. It’s a good product but I’d be hesitant to recommend dining here.

This chain offers consistent quality but this location always provides fantastic service. The chicken may be the headline but don’t sleep on the kimchi fried rice and the rose tteokbokki. Don’t expect even the hottest wings to be very hot but do expect all the wings with sauce, even the wings of fire, (pictured) to be sugar glazed.

Extra crispy fried chicken with options for boneless and wings. Dumplings were excellent and service was prompt. Inside seating can easily add tables for larger groups dining.
