The golden original fried chicken 8 piece order was rancid chicken pieces chopped up and counted as a 8 piece. Yes, the poorly seasoned chicken tasted rancid and old. Very disappointed as I was hoping for a better experience.

In no possible way that what I just ate was real chicken. Can’t imagine how a restaurant is profitable and even expanding from this quality of chicken. Taste like plastic rubber band. Me and my friends threw our food in the garbage after one bite each. No way that was real chicken ?‍♂️. Overhype and expensive. How can you owners sleep at night giving the public plastic garbage then overhyping on tiktok. Disgraceful ?

I love this place. The chicken is suuuper crispy and fried perfectly without an excessively oily taste. Get the original spicy wings with secret sauce on the side. ?‍?

BEST WINGS IN THE DECATUR AREA. NO CAP.We get takeout from here religiously. My wife can no longer do American style wings (I still like it tbh) when she had these. And she's tried other Korean bbq chicken spots. Its pricey...but worth it every once in a while. Very glad this is in my area. My other go to has been CM chicken but that's all the way in Midtown or Duluth.

I absolutely love their chicken! I've been eating here every other week for the past two months that I've come across this place. I always get the Galbi Boneless Chicken which comes to about $18 ish but it is so worth the quality of the food. Even when I grab it to-go, they box it in a special packaging that helps keep it warm. I don't know how they make the chicken so crispy but it makes me keep coming back. Super chill service and nice tunes.Parking: They validate the parking! :)

The whole experience was a 10 out of 10. The food was amazing a bit pricy but it was worth it! The cheeseling wings and honey garlic wings were good beyond what I expected. Definitely will come

I think I've eaten here several times, but I've only visited twice. My Korean acquaintances usually do pick-up or delivery, and most of the customers and clerks are foreigners, so it's a bit different, but the taste is similar to what I had in Korea! This is a place I go to sometimes when I think of it haha.

This place is very similar to all the other locations. We ordered the secret sauce, soy garlic, and original to go. I love the soy garlic because it is so good! It's a little on the sweet side which is my favorite. When we picked up our order, it just came out so when we went home it's still very close to fresh out of the oven. The chicken is nice and crispy just like how I like it. Overall, there are no complains and it's very on par to other locations I've been at. BB.Q Chicken is hands down one of my favorite Korean fried chicken places

We go to Bb.q almost once or twice a week. Most of the time we are going to the Suwanee or Duluth locations but have been to this location a few times. For some reason this location has pretty bad customer service and the front ladies tend to not know what theyre doing. Since my wife had to stay at the hospital for a couple of weeks, I ordered here twice. The first time I ordered through the phone and placed my order. What should have been a 20 min drive for me turned out to be around 30-40 mins with Atl traffic, but once I got there I found out that my order wasn't even put in... so, I ended up waiting another 20-30 minutes at the restaurant waiting for the food to be made. The second time (a week or so later) I wanted to treat my wife and kids and ordered about $150 worth of food for Christmas as she's spending it at the hospital; this time through my phone as I thought may have been much easier. Thankfully, my order went through this time but once I brought it back and open it up I see what looks like a sandwich/burger bag of a literal handful of fries that I paid $6 for. Also, they charge $1 extra for extra sauce that they only give you a half of a small container of. The chicken was pretty dry and the wings were pretty small as well. As well I ordered two rose tteokbokki and apparently they don't give any utensils or napkins, especially for a carry out order??The Worst is their customer service who have a "I don't care, not my problem" "I don't know what you want me to do about it." attitude. Worst location I've ever been to and it looks like the owners care very little to make it right.. no wonder this place is always empty.
