The Caldo Verde De Marisco is "lick the bowl in public" awesome!

Meeting the staff here (my first visit) is like getting to know great neighbors.

Tonight we went in for dinner and everything was great. My kids love the fried shrimp so we go often and we enjoy the oyster happy hour. Service was great.

The servers are very welcoming & friendly. Food service was fast and they're very attentive.
Sadly didn't take pictures of the food when they came out because they were too good.

It was an experience, for sure. The food was decent, the staff was pretty ok. They stated they were ‘going through a transition' which is why there was no drink menu and they didn't have a lot of things. I can't say I'd be back, but it wasn't altogether a bad visit either.

Guys- We love your food but your dining experience is terrible. No hostess to greet you, no drink menu, repeatedly dirty tableware, bathrooms smell bad. C'mon...get a manager and get your restaurant in order so we can love it here.

This place was amazing. The atmosphere was so adorable, we sat on the top level facing the window to the square. We ordered the oysters, Cabo tacos, and shrimp. The Cabo tacos were the best fish tacos I’ve ever had. 10/10. Service was super friendly and knowledgeable about menu!

So, I can't really rate the food because I walked out. The restaurant looks nice and cozy but when I walked in and waited for someone to seat me (as the lineage indicated), I had a tall white gentleman look directly at me from the face end of the bar, but never greet me. the restaurant was not that crowded and I felt very out of place as I was the only black patron in the establishment. I have eaten at a lot of restaurants in many different states and this one gave me the creeps like another restaurant over 30 years ago where the white waiter went out of his way to ignore me, my friend's I was dining with and other people of color in his section and it made me sick to my stomach that I couldn't eat my food ( did pay for it and took it home despite the manager offering to comp my meal to which I refused instead advising him to do better). Fro. the reviews I've seen, the food is really great, but I will never know as I dint plan on going back there to try it out.

The staff here works hard to provide great service/food BUT the owner has the audacity to not pay them for over a month. They brought it to the boss’s attention and his response to the manager was “fire all of them” … that’s a TRASH way to treat your staff and very sketchy business practice!

The food was good but the overall experience was disappointing. We’d been here before last summer and had a very nice experience. We saw $1 oysters in July advertised by visitdecaturga instagram and the official Boho115 instagram commented on it so we thought we were good. Apparently they are not having this special but instead some manager feud and would not honor it. Additionally their draft beer was down so that happy hour wasn’t able to be provided either. There was also a strange smell on the main floor, sort of like sewer. Overall the food was good but we were disappointed by experience as we were hoping for happy hour oysters and beer and not once did a manager ever come and talk to us but just relayed information through the waitress which I found odd.

Good food, great service... only issues were the AC was broken on a hot July afternoon and a table nearby was very boisterous...however the food and our server Magnolia made up for those issues.

It was sweltering hot inside the restaurant. Everyone was fanning themselves - upstairs and down. (If the AC was broken, we were not informed.) Our server was very kind, but he had little knowledge of the menu. The drinks were terrible - too sweet, tasted cheap. The food delivered was not as it was described on the menu. The tuna sashimi dish was flavorful, but it had jalapeños, which were not listed, and it was also warm... which was undesirable. The tin fish was weird, even with the extra plated items (also different than described on menu). I would not recommend.

Magnolia was our server and they were great! The food was so fresh and good! We had raw oysters, tostados mariscos, shrimp diablo, calamari, and fried shrimp tacos. We also had some "well" drinks off the happy hour menu, but they were just ok, as best to be expected (but we drank them all, lol). Come check out the happy hour menu for yourself at Boho115 from 4pm-6pm. You'll be pleased!

Our first experience at Boho115 was mixed but good. It feels like it is still working out some bugs so we may give it a little time to get its routines down before returning. The staff were friendly and accommodating, but new and didn't know the menus or the beverage list very well yet. I appreciated that they were honest about it and provided tastings of wines rather than providing suggestions. We were there on a quiet night, so it didn't feel rushed or crowded, and the staff was able to manage it well. It had a little bit of a neighborhood pub feel rather than a restaurant in that way. Everyone was nice and easygoing, but we were one of only a few tables. The server was VERY excited about the " Tin to table" offerings! While I do like them, I grew up with tinned seafood (smoked oysters and clams, tuna, anchovies) and it wasn't new to me, but I did appreciate the enthusiasm. Instead, we ordered the crab and shrimp fritters and the fried calamari appetizers to start. It was hard to tell the fritters apart (Is this one crab or shrimp?), but they were crunchy and seafoody and tasty and the remoulade sauce went well with them, although it was a wee bit salty. And there was enough for both of us to share and get a taste of each. The fried calamari was nice; well cooked, crisp and tender, not rubbery or chewy. For the main course, I had the grilled ceasar salad with shrimp and my dining partner had the Cabo Fish tacos. The tortillas were very good; the fish battered and friend just right. The salad was good, but the dressing was a repeat of the remoulade. The shrimp were a touch salty, and with the remoulade, it was a bit too much. Again, the shrimp were cooked just right, which made me feel better about the saltiness. We'll go back again in a couple of months.

The owner doesn’t pay employees and writes bad checks which is a crime. Good luck with the legal issues, mate.
