DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I ordered food from them at an outdoor festival in April 2024. I ordered 2 jerk chicken meals and 2 bottles of water. My total was $45.32. I paid for my meals with my debit card and the owner, Paul Allen, took my card and ran the payment. I didn't get a receipt because we are at a music festival and I thought everything was good. Well a few days later as I was checking my bank account, I realized they charged my debit card incorrectly for a whopping $453.20. I immediately looked the company up online and called the number listed. I called several times and several days without any answer or response from them. I then contacted my bank. After submitting a claim with my bank, the bank informs me they cannot give me a credit or dispute the claim because I don't have a receipt. The bank told me this after dealing with this claim for over 2 months. Crazy, right! SMH. So I tried reaching back out to Bone Apple Teeth again and luckily they answered the phone on Monday evening July 29th 2024. I spoke with both Paul and Ellion Allen, owners of the company. After telling them what happened, they sincerely apologized and realized they made a mistake by overcharging me. Mr. Allen told me he would do research and check with his credit card processing company and follow back up with me in a couple of days. I didn't hear back from him, so I reached back out to him on Monday, August 5th 2024. He apologized again and said he would follow back up with me by Wednesday. Still didn't receive any refund or update from him, so I reached out again on August 12th, August 16th and August 19th. On Monday, August 19th, he finally sent me $201.00 of my money and said he would send me the remaining balance of $206.88 within the next two weeks. I reached out again on September 4th requesting the remaining balance without any luck. I reached out again on September 9th and September 26th. I received no response via text and/or a phone call. As of today, Wednesday, October 23rd, they still owe me $206.88!! So be leary if you see their food truck at your next festival. DON'T USE THEM AND DEFINITELY DON'T USE YOUR DEBIT CARD!!!
