Brainwave is my favorite spot for proper New York–style pizza in the Atlanta area. The crust is phenomenal, and the cheese blend and sauce are equally good. The classic margherita is always a go-to, but their other combinations are great as well. The garlic knots are also worth ordering.

The space has a great vibe and is shared with one of the best breweries to grab a beer with your pizza, but takeout is just as easy and consistent. Easily one of the top pizza spots in Atlanta.

Didn’t like the pizza, it was overcooked, and they were stingy with the toppings. The atmosphere and workers were cool, but maybe I went on a bad day, I got the deep dish pizza and wouldn’t recommend it

They do not accept cash.

Brewery with an amazing pizza place. What is there not to love. Got a white pizza and added ‘shrooms and sausage. Fantastic pairing with their fruited sours and a Märzen.

Being a Brooklyn native, I’m a huge pizza snob, and frankly my experience with pizza in Atlanta has been underwhelming to say the least. I’ve seen that some places in the city tend to lean on the size of their pizzas as almost a gimmick, however their crust is typically bland and the pizza lacks character.

I’m so glad to now have Brainwave in my life to satisfy my pizza cravings. Their crust is sourdough, making it exceptionally flavorful and their topping options are unique and delicious. Their pizza is also pretty affordable, much cheaper than places nearby. My friend was able to get two slices of cheese for $8, which was a great value for an entire meal.

They also offer bar pies and Detroit pan pizzas as well, though I’m partial to the classic New York slice as that’s what I grew up on.

I’ve been in 5-6 times now and I was surprised to see any negative reviews as I believe this place is a true hidden gem. I’ll be eating here as much as I can until Portnoy shows up and there’s a line out the door!

Pizza was really bad. The crust was burnt so badly that I could only eat about 2/3 of the slices. Also, the slices are really small for five dollars a pop. They are about 1/2 of the size of the glide sizes and about 1/3 of the size of a Fellini’s slice. I probably won’t go back since I have glide on the corner, mellow mushroom reopening, and fellinis needs nearby as well. Yall better step it up with yhat much competition nearby.

I am kind of a pizza snob, but this place knocked it out of the ballpark. I travel for a living and this is easily in my top 3 places I have been. We need to get Barstool Pizza out here to rank them. Guarantee that this would rank in the 8’s with El Presidente!

Brain Wave is a MUST visit! The pizza is absolutely delicious. Order the Vodka pie, you won't regret it. Great place to hang for the night as Inner Voice Brewing is in the same space!
