Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Overall I love this Location because it's the only one with Praline Pecan. I wanted to try the mixed berry cheese cake but you don't have it. So I ordered my favorite unfortunately I was given White Turtle instead. A Praline Pecan person knows the difference. Sure it was not intended.

Let’s start with no one wears gloves. One associate is rubbing Vaseline on their lips while working with someone’s food! The person making my order literally just disappears, so someone else comes to ask me what I was waiting on and assist me. She had the audacity to come back from the back with a new hairstyle. Touching her hair takes the cone from him to give to me. This place is disgusting. 🤢

I have to say the employees of this location are super polite, thoughtful and respectful. It's always clean. The owner one time put the umbrella up for me my 3 yo and 8 mo old. Very nice. My issue is the last time I went I got ice cream for my daughter which is always on point. I dont get any ice cream but I brought my wife one home she ordered vanilla strawberry waffle cup and put in a plastic cup. Awesome. The Ice cream was flavorless. It wasn't really good we wound up throwing it out. Did they change the recipes?

I was over charged for a hot fudge sundae! I was charged for a hot fudge sundae with a brownie, NO BROWNIE. Lookedvat my receipt after getting home.

Aunt was standing in line here for over 20 minutes for some ice cream. I'll just go to mcd or race track

Ordered hot dig combo and ice cream for the grandbabies. Food was great. Workers were polite and efficient. Worth the trip.

Came at 815 for Costumer Appreciation Night and was declined service even though the email says they closed at 9 pm

Purchased à banana Split waited 20 minutes with one person ahead of me its always long lines at Flat Shoals location
Had to Tell thé employee 3 times how l wanted my order She wasn´t friendly very dry attitude !!!!!!!!
She didn't put in à boat She packed it in a container with EVERYTHING melted together it was spilling out as She was trying to squeeze thé top on it
I asked her why She didn't put it in a boat She stated they dont have them anymore
Bruster you need to do better !!!!!

As of now , my friend and I had been standing outside of this establishment for at least 20 mins now. Along with other customers we are wondering why no one is coming to the window at all and they are open. Also there is a wallet and key on the register on the register This is bad for business.
