Came at 815 for Costumer Appreciation Night and was declined service even though the email says they closed at 9 pm
Purchased à banana Split waited 20 minutes with one person ahead of me its always long lines at Flat Shoals location
Had to Tell thé employee 3 times how l wanted my order She wasn´t friendly very dry attitude !!!!!!!!
She didn't put in à boat She packed it in a container with EVERYTHING melted together it was spilling out as She was trying to squeeze thé top on it
I asked her why She didn't put it in a boat She stated they dont have them anymore
Bruster you need to do better !!!!!

As of now , my friend and I had been standing outside of this establishment for at least 20 mins now. Along with other customers we are wondering why no one is coming to the window at all and they are open. Also there is a wallet and key on the register on the register This is bad for business.

We visited here on 1/7/23. As pups, we were treated so well! The lady working inside insisted on getting us both pup cups. We had so much fun! Mom and Dad got Ice Cream, hotdogs, and loaded fries. They said it was all great, but the loaded fries were TO DIE FOR! ????
