You expect fast food to be quick during morning breakfast rush before work and school. Staff is slow, not ready, not professional. Waited almost 20 minutes with just 3 cars in the drive through line for 2 hash browns and a egg and cheese croissant. I had to leave after waiting so long, had to get to work. Now I’m at work hungry and the staff at the drive through window is playing around on the clock not taking orders. They need customer service training or need to be let go....read full review

NO ketchup
You'd think it would be pretty simple to assemble a slice of cheese and 3 whopper patties on a bun, leave off the ketchup, and go heavy on everything else. Nope.
The first try, my burger came to me smothered in ketchup. I took it back and they cheerfully and expeditiously made me another. I was very appreciative at this point.
