The Playgroug is closed and looks like it has never been cleaned. It’s took them almost 20 min to give me my meals and then got angry that i asked for fresh fries. Get new staff. The girls with the red hair can’t work efficiently. I’m so grateful i don’t live in Atl. I’ll never be back. I would have just asked for my money back since i spent almost $40 but i’m sure they didn’t know how to do they either.

Horrible place to eat I sat at the drive thru waiting to be served for 10 minutes. Know one came to the speaker to take a order and there was only one car in front of me. I backed out of the driveway to go into the store to order and the person working the drive thru was complaining about her not being able to take drive thru orders and running food out to customers waiting for there food. Then she bags a customers item in the bag and practically throws the bag at him. Then I watched the prep cook throw onions on the floor and then finished making the food for whoever they was making food for. The place stinks and is dirty. So I left and went to checkers to get something to eat.

Service was beyond horrible as a matter of fact the management or the franchise or the owners are Beyond horrible I drove up to the ordering spot and the representative asked me to hold it took almost 5 to 7 minutes then I could not wait any longer I drove up to the window it was one little girl trying to take orders at the counter in front and also at the remote kiosk she was pretty good and working hard but for a franchise like Burger King you cannot have just one person taking orders at both the places when there's a line of cars while I was waiting at the kiosk outside two or three cars pulled behind me out of the three cars that put behind me two of them reversed out of the parking lot and left I took serious effort to be patient and eventually when I came to the window to ask what's going on she apologized and said I'm the only one person here taking the orders I put places and you don't have help so I drove away without buying anything I wasted almost 10 minutes or more serious note to the franchise owner Burger King or the regional manager who manages these franchises they have to have some standard of service which is expected of a big franchise like Burger King I would like to add the reputation of Burger King is going down seriously because of the service issues I have another Burger King next to my home they're also the service is pathetic so I would not blame him on the staff there but on management who actually don't care about customer service so franchise owners needs to get serious about this corporate should have some basic service requirements or else take the franchise away

Never order from this location from door dash!! I waited over hour for my food, my drivers kept cancelling due to the long wait time and eventually door dash had to cancel my order because they just refused to make it. Also the time I was at 9:30 pm so the store was not closed nor near closing time… although this location is 5 mins from my house I’ll never come to this location at night!

I ordered three burgers from this location when I got my food I opened the bag and realized that there was only one burger inside. I asked the woman with the braids and piercings If they could give me the burgers that they forgot. She told me that she couldn’t do it because I might be lying. She then asked me “are you sure you didn’t already eat it?” When I explain to her that I obviously didn’t because I came back within five minutes she just laughed in my face. Worst customer service ever the food was also really bad.
