I ordered three burgers from this location when I got my food I opened the bag and realized that there was only one burger inside. I asked the woman with the braids and piercings If they could give me the burgers that they forgot. She told me that she couldn’t do it because I might be lying. She then asked me “are you sure you didn’t already eat it?” When I explain to her that I obviously didn’t because I came back within five minutes she just laughed in my face. Worst customer service ever the food was also really bad.

I visited the Burger King location on [insert location] and was extremely disappointed with my experience. First, the service was incredibly slow. I stood in line for over 15 minutes, even though there were only a few customers ahead of me. When I finally got to the counter, the staff seemed disorganized and uninterested in helping.
I ordered a Whopper meal, expecting the classic taste, but what I received was cold and soggy. The fries were lukewarm and lacked their usual crispiness. Additionally, the dining area was not clean; there were tables that hadn’t been wiped down, and the floor was sticky.
Overall, I left feeling frustrated and unsatisfied. I used to enjoy Burger King, but this experience has made me rethink my choices. I hope they can improve their service and food quality in the future.

I honestly don’t know how this place is even still standing place is infested with the local homeless and the service omg idk if they hire just anybody or whoever just walks in for a job but the literacy level of these employees needs to be seriously evaluated I asked for a bacon egg and cheese with extra bacon and received a biscuit pilled with bacon no egg or cheese.i return to the store to inform them and was told I did not explain the order correctly when all literally said was “bacon egg and cheese with extra bacon” now where that went left trust me I do not know but do not come here it’s a terrible establishment ran by terrible people who probably won’t be there next week again idk how this place is still even standing your almost guaranteed an inconvenience by coming here

This place needs to shut down!! Someone shot up the outdoor menus OVER two months ago! You would think the owner would take care of this, it looks down right disgraceful!
The average wait time, MORE THAN 10 MINUTES ! I work around the corner and it never fails that I make it back to the office LATE EVERY-TIME! And unless you are watching them inside (despite asking for a PLAIN sandwich I see the man making my sandwich putting EVERYTHING UNDER THE sun on it so of course it had to be remade which too is the norm at this location). It’s like they refuse to read!
I’m in the drive thru now, placed order at 2:55 p.m. it’s 3:11, no food….just for food and it’s THREE THIRTEEN…18 freaking minutes and there are like 3 people inside!
