They are always RUDE! Love to speak over you when you’re ordering! Not allowing you to complete a sentence with rudely interrupting. I need COOPERATE or the TRUE OWNERS to do a walk through. ASAP! I don’t see that Burger King continuing to prosper if a new management team not in place’

I don't understand why this location still open. EVERYTHING just trash. The owner should definitely be ashamed of the people he has working at his store. No hashbrowns or hot coffee during breakfast, why? Ya'll shouldn't be out of anything, you barely get any business. Just disappointing

I literally went out of my way and made a U-turn to go to this location due to my pregnant wife craving Burger King on my way home from work and If I could, I would give this location zero stars because the lack of paying attention to detail when a request that someone is paying for was clearly ignored and for you to have it correct on the receipt but wrong physically is crazy. Didn’t bother to turn back around. Didn’t bother to call anybody because clearly the person heard me over the speaker in order to even put it on the receipt . Food put in a bag super sloppy. And before Anyone just says it was because of my attitude that was not the case came in with no explanations and a good attitude because I wouldn’t want anyone to do anything crazy to my food but damn not even decent customer service but lesson learned

Worst BK in the area. The employees are rude and unhelpful. My food was cold, and my whopper had NOTHING on it just cheese and bun. They also didnt have the drinks we ordered and just said “figure it out in The app” and closed the window on us. Made me never want to go to BK again

This location has fallen off terribly walked in and Noticed frys on tables floors dirty manager has no hair net on employees just walking around texing on the phone but I see why because as u can she this lady is Cleary on her phone and she sees the old fry that's in front of her which was there when I walked in but didn't bother to clean up cause her phone call was more important ok burger king yall need to do better this is unacceptable store needs to reevaluated not to mentionno hair net and on phine wit back turned to customers

Inconvenient that The drive thru was closed. They don’t offer any Senior price for drinks like they use to! My order was wrong but they were nice about fixing it. Nichole was friendly

This burger king location has gotta be the worst on memorial drive the other one is understaffed but at least they got my order right over there i keep seeing roaches on the floor at this establishment the tables are dirty and the lady making my sandwhich was not wearing gloves nor a hair net i asked for no mayo on my sandwich after confronting her she told me that it was mayo

The staffs appear as though they don't wanna be there. Attitude and treatment towards me and other customers was unacceptable. Specially the guy, who was there without a uniform, by the register, he needs training, personal hygiene and a uniform.

Drive thru not working and even with me telling her at the window she still got my order wrong.. sweet tea taste like the metal container and hot. I asked for chicken fries and she gave me reg but still gave me bbq sauce 😒 only thing I could eat was that little ahhh whopper jr which look like it need to be in a Barbie kitchen.. HORRIBLE!!!!

Had n excellent experience here tonight. Got a shake and chicken fries for my wife and I. The shakes were stirred with love wne the young woman at the drive through window was very kind and respectful. Did not expect this level of service at a Burger King especially at the 10pm. I’ll definitely be back!

Everybody's in their unprofessional they don't pay attention all they do is talk they will literally look at you and still not take your order it's called being a team player if you not doing nothing help each other out set a better example for your people

just fire all of them the store is not even busy for people to be waiting 15 minutes for food

It's not my fault HONEY!! That you're having to work on a Tuesday night at BK, While I'm with my man fishing eating hamburgers on the river. so don't role you're eyes at me when I ask you about an item on your menu when i don't eat BK EVERYDAY LIKE YOU DO. And don't ask someone for 42 cents and make them swipe there debit card again for an ice water when you clearly don't charge the other color for water that I witnessed take place ahead of me. You might have repeat customers if you were just a little bit nicer and not so immature. GOD BLESS YOU AND YOU'RE FAMILY THAT YOU WAS TALKING TO ON YOU'RE CELL PHONE WHILE I WAITING ON MY ORDER, THAT YOU COULD HAVE GOT ME A LITTLE SOONER . AND P.S Don't BE A SNITCH!!

Looks like my burger has been sitting out for hours. The bun was crispy and the tomato and lettuce were brown. Didn’t realize until I got home. Never again
