When I drove up the employees were all standing outside and I have spent over 20!! minutes in drive thru the 3rd car in line. The drive thru personal needs to be trained on what's on the menu and not sound like she at home speaking on her personal phone. The energy here is Definitely at a low vibration and not friendly at all.

This location is disappointing. It took 15 mins to get a burger nugget and fry. Then to top it off my burger was old because I am allergic to ketcup and only wanted mayo and mustard. Got all the way to work and the burger had mayo mustard and ketcup. Do better.

This is by far the worst Burger King I've ever gotten food from. Just got home and none of my order was right. My food was ice cold. Fries are stale and hard and half empty. Good thing I wasn't allergic to everything I asked them to NOT put on my burgers. Smh. Had to literally come home and reheat what was salvageable in the air fryer. Damn yall can't do better than that?! Smh. Definitely will not be eating here anymore smh. Wasted my money

Hey my name is Jeremiah and I got hired at this location they fire me cuz I made a sandwich wrong and nobody never train me and wen I left they all was ganging up on me had a man outside with a gun and I just want my deposit for the 4 days I work so I still get paid
The dining room was closed at 2:30 in the afternoon on a Friday I always use the bathroom and wash my hands wherever I eat at.

I came in couple days ago and my experience boy my experience. The service was SLOW BUT they were super busy. I live in the area and the experience now from months ago you can see a difference but I had a altercation with one young man. Guy with green dreads. He had the absolute worst attitude I've seen I a while. If he don't like his job he should find another. Food was fresh and hot even tho it took 20mins to receive

Tried to stop here 4 separate times. 3 times no one would speak to me in the drive thru. 4th time they were all outside smoking a cigarette. Got to the drive thru and told me it was going to be 15 minutes before they take any orders. I will never eat at this location. This happened on the night shift every time.

Ms Clarissa is the new best thing happening! I use to come over 2-3months ago and it was so unprofessional! I see they got rid of old employees! Yay & she has this new employee Mikesha she has drive thru & front counter on two different days I went in to bk ! And she had great customer service! Great hospitality! Store was very clean food was very hot! Service was great!
It is too simple to address. Very aveage overall.
