I am a DoorDash Driver I came in to pick up an order for a customer, I asked to use the restroom the rude little girl at the register said I can’t use the restroom unless I buy something. I asked her even though I’m picking up an order for a customer that purchased something here at this location I still can’t use your restroom she said so rudely “nah we don’t do that here”. What type of people are hiring these rude cashiers? I’ll be reporting the service to DoorDash.

I had a very uncomfortable experience at this location today. I had just gotten off an overnight shift, ordered my food, and simply wanted to sit down, eat, and charge my phone while I relaxed for a moment. Instead, the manager on duty, Joanne (red hair), was extremely rude and dismissive toward me. Even though I paid for my meal, she kept rushing me to eat and leave, speaking to me in a nasty and unprofessional tone. She also told me I couldn’t charge my phone while I ate, yet there were at least three other people sitting there without buying anything and she said nothing to them. Her attitude made me feel targeted and unwelcome. As a paying customer, I expect basic respect, not hostility. This experience was upsetting and completely unnecessary. I hope this location addresses how customers are spoken to and treated, because no one deserves to be rushed or disrespected while simply trying to enjoy their meal.

Based on the reviews I should’ve known I would be disappointed with this location. I just finished working late and travelled 15 min to come here since they’re supposed to be open late and close at 2am. I arrive at 1:27am and the girl says they stopped taking drive through orders at 1:25a and are only taking pick up orders until 2. This location plays in your face.

Just got 2 spicy chicken wraps from there and one looks old and it was completely bitterness. I threw it away as it was even cold. This could've made someone sick. Take caution before doing business here.
Just ordered from here. The guy at the window was great. But I ordered 2 original chicken sandwiches with no lettuce. Not only did both of them have lettuce, but they were both entirely cold without even a hint of warmth. They also tasted stale.

Everytime i come to this burger king down the street froom the jail they stay closing when they feel like it , food be wrong faithfully , they never have what u want , dont try showing up at 6- close cause they will faithfully close the drive thru honestly its like they pet an power high high schooler run the store its ridiculous and let not talk on cleaniness of the inside nd god have mercy this the type of establishment where if the health inspector isnt coming than their not running it by the book period but eat at your own cost 😖😖🤢🤢🤢🤢

I stopped by here to grab something to eat before I got back on the road after visiting my loved one. I should have went with the reviews and not came in here. The moment I walked in the young lady behind the counter was arguing with two customers. I stood there waiting to see if she was going to stop and take my order but she continued to argue with them. I still waited and the two customers left. Then there was a man on the other end of the counter waiting for his food and the employee being to argue with him. I have had enough and I just left and went somewhere else to eat. This Burger King is just as bad as the one where I live. If you’re looking for a place to eat please don’t eat from here! The service was terrible!!!

Impossible Whopper Meal (with no mayo)....thumbs-up. Most importantly I requested my condiments be separated from my food (sometimes condiments can fall on the floor or be handled by the cashier that's touching money...from the strip club LOL). They obliged and placed the condiments at the bottom of the bag and separated them with napkins. Kudos.

I'm here at this location right now. And it's a young lady that's in the drive through name Camilla, that's very rude and disrespectful. I hate dondy's kind of surveys, but my dollars are valued. Her customer service is not worth it.Her even receiving a paycheck for her to behave this way this early in the morning.I understand people is going through things through life.But it's not how you're supposed to treat your customers and I will make sure that this also gets to corporate. Just a side note. I only asked her to stop calling me, sweetie and honey, that is not how you address your customers.
