Simply put, the food here is incredible. We had a few different dishes that were all great but the Boeuf Wellington was phenomenal. I had a $200 beef Wellington in Vegas last year, reputed as one of the best you can get, and this one was right on par with it. Ambience is nice. Service is friendly. Food is spectacular. So glad we found this place and we’re already half joking about making a trip back from Nashville just to visit again.

Wonderful experience with outstanding service and food. French onion soup was very good, entrée was perfect. When in Atlanta will certainly dine there.

While strolling through the charming streets of Decatur, I discovered a little gem of a French restaurant that instantly transported me back to Europe. It had been quite some time since I’d tasted good pâté since moving to the U.S., but their pâté en baguette was simply magnifique — rich, flavorful, and beautifully prepared.
To top it off, the crème brûlée was perfection — silky smooth with the most satisfying caramelized crust.
From the warm, attentive service to the cozy, inviting atmosphere, every detail felt thoughtfully French. Un grand merci for such a lovely experience! 10/10 — I can’t wait to return and enjoy it all over again.

One of my favorite restaurants on Decatur square. The owner has been in business since 1997, she uses her own family recipes (I asked), and is often working the floor taking orders and checking in on you. Ms Cooper is so very friendly. Try to catch a canard (duck) confit dinner special, or a spaetzle special for lunch! The wine selection is not extensive but always seems to be intentionally and carefully selected. The atmosphere feels like you are eating in someone’s home. It’s cozy, can be intimate, and makes you feel like you are in a French cafe. DO NOT leave until you have boxed some macarons to go! You will not regret it!

The lunch menu was very limited, and dishes like beef bourguignon, choucroute, cassoulet, and beef Wellington weren’t available. That was already disappointing. We ended up trying the mushroom spätzle and the ham spätzle. The mushroom dish had mostly spinach and just a few canned mushrooms. It lacked salt and was very bland.
As a French person, I have to say this didn’t taste anything like the original recipe. Honestly, I could easily make a better version at home using fresh ingredients.
