They have a great group of young people working here. They defy the sterotypes about young people who don't understand customer service. They are courteous and care about keeping the establishment clean and neat. I come here often because my parents love the fish sandwich. They are huge and tasty. You can almost make two meals out of it, and it is very reasonably priced.
Vegetarian options: They have many side dishes that vegans would like.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access from the parking lot, but the doors are very heavy and may be a challenge.

It had been a few weeks since I went there. Usually good and pleasant window service. Fried food extremely over cooked, like crunching on rocks. Yuk. Very angry person working the window. If you hate people, you should not wirk customer service. What happened to those nice people that worked there?
Staff on duty the afternoon of Friday, Dec 1st, were horrible. Asking customers to leave the drive-thru line should be prohibited. I did not receive all the condiments I requested, and when addressed with the employees, their attitudes were horrible. I had to park and go inside to obtain what I requested.

We've stopped at this location many times since it's nearby and the kids enjoy the food. It's the same Captain D's you would expect anywhere else, but this particular location is exceptionally slow. I don't ever recall just receiving my food at the window, as you must always pull over and wait in the parking lot.

I thought I added a review but something must of glitched. I love this location! When I gave my order through the drive thru, the order taker was pleasant and even called my order back to me to ensure accuracy…you never get that anymore AND MY ORDER WAS CORRECT AND HOT?
