I had a terrible experience at this location. I placed an order thru the app, and when I arrived at the restaurant to pick up my order I had to wait 40 minutes before anyone would help me to only be told that they didn't have my order, and that they must have given it to some one else. They then laughed and said there was nothing they could do. The female cashier was incredible rude. This location should have stayed closed after it burned down.

I arrived during the mob hour on March 12th at 6:05 p.m. The to-go line was quite long, so I thought I would take my chances going inside to order. Mistake. One employee had to take orders and at the same time hand orders to customers - totally inefficient. It took 22 minutes after waiting in line 15 minutes to receive my food. Though, the food was quite good - hot and generous. I had the two piece fish and two piece chicken. The iced tea was fresh. Will I go back - of course - but will avoid if mobbed again as there are not enough staff to handle the mob!

Let me start by saying IAM handicap IAM in a wheelchair and we I go to captains dees I always go through the drive window. Last week I ordered my food but when I got home 2 of my items was missing by me being in this chair I have to limit myself so I said I will call and let them know they forgot to buy my 2 items in bag but the number not working. So when I was out in Saturday 3-8 I decided to go by there I had my receipt and try to show it to the manager and I explained that I was missing 2 of my items he said to me I wasn't here that day that I had to wait to the young lady that served me is at work .how iam I supposed to know when this young lady at work. IAM disabled I don't even get out that much unless my care taker is with me..I paid for my items and I have my receipt why did he take me through that much as I live captain dees and enjoy there food..please I really would like to talk to someone over him I was treated unfair.
They owe me a refund the lady told me to call at 3 for her to call the area manager to process my refund cause they gave the delivery drive 1 of my 4 meals instead of the entire order I called never got my refund and then they not answering the phone anymore a waste of my money never again!!! And yes I left my info on the contact form I even tried to order my food again on Uber eats instead of the captains ds app like my first order but when I checked my app it said I cancelled the order which I didn’t. I really wanted my kids food. Now that’s over $60 captain ds from this location and the other one took from me. And I called like the young lady told me at the candler road location, she had me on hold for 16 mins and when I called back the phone went straight to voicemail , and when I called the Ralph David location no one even answered, this is terrible customer service at both I’ll never eat there again .I even called corporate no one answered (I provided proof) so if they mess up your order don’t expect to get a refund.

Ordered flounder meal for $8.99? Did not check it before I pulled off. The fish was fried so hard it was like eating a cracker and the sides are too small for a meal, it was more like a snack.
Parking: Lines are very long at the windows. Just newly re-opened and that was my first visit, hopefully it will be better next time

The darkskin girl with the 27 piece bob at the drive through had a nasty attitude and didn’t want to be at work. They was out of tartar sauce, briccoli, and okra. I was looking forward to coming back since they reopened but never again !

I ordered a deluxe seafood platter via uber eats..They sent the wrong order..forgot my large drink..my fish was hard as a rock...waste of money...yall just reopened...Don't send bad bs out of the store...ridiculous.so pissed
