I recently received a platter from this particular establishment, and I must say that I was rather disappointed with the quality of the baked potato and stuffed crab. The presentation left much to be desired, and the overall experience was less than satisfactory. This occurred on the date of December 8th, 2023.

They've gotten better with the wait time in drive thru and the young ladies at the window were trained correctly for a fast food restaurant very attentive and courteous

Why is your dining room STILL closed?? Not only is the dining area still closed but the building itself is locked up tight more than half the time even thought the website says they are both open and so does the marquee out in front of the store. COVID has been over for over a year and there are no restrictions in place in DeKalb county.

The young lady that help me yesterday was very professional gave great customer service they were very busy yesterday the line was all the way down Candler Road (drive through only) don't remember her name but she was the only one wearing a blue shirt

What have they done to their fish? They have cut the size in half! It looks and taste like a frozen fish stick than their crispy fried fish filets. Staff were super nice though and Professional.

I was in the mood for this but what I got was garbage!! Frys look like they've been sitting up for hours. The rest of the food tasted like it was cooked in old grease or has been sitting for awhile. I called the restaurant because I'm tired of taking a loss on food and the manager was very rude on the phone. But I was told I could bring my receipt and the food back.. got up there and the doors were locked and I had to wait in the drive thru for over 10 minutes! I won't be back..

We were on the other side of town and decided to stop by for a bite. Listen, everything from beginning to end was perfect. Customer service was superb. The young lady who took my order was professional and didn't give attitude when I was indecisive about what I wanted. The food was cooked hot and fresh to order. The food itself was the best I've had from this company in years!! I mean like 15+ years. I'm old school and CD has always been the spot. I told my husband that we will drive from Powder Springs all the way to this location from now on. Period.

Staff was rude and the gentleman at the front counter had no clue about the menu items. Waited almost 40 minutes on food and it was all cold and tasted like it was cooked in oil that hadn't been changed out in a couple months. Parking lot was hard to navigate with the drive thru line backed all the way to the street. Also dine in is not an option.

Thea fast food places that received Economic Relief should be ashamed for down sizing the quantity of food and up charging for the food! I will never return and others will follow l wish y'all the best because this ain't it!

Hoping to have a better experience during my next visit. The wait was long. The food was cold and my order was incorrect.

Strands of hair in my food! So I stopped at the drive-through on the way home. When I bit into the fish I realized it was still connected to my mouth by a large black strand of hair that apparently had been cooked into the batter. I tried to get over it... So I took a second bite. Of course, a second strand of hair ended up in my mouth. Yuck. Then The said they wouldn't give me a refund over the phone. Well, it's a 30 minute drive and gas is five dollars a gallon. I doubt I will ever stop at any Captain D's ever again.

I enjoyed the southern fried catfish, the fries and the hush puppies, but the green beans were over cooked and the coleslaw was not cold. The coleslaw should not have been put inside the same container with piping hot food.
