I hadn’t eaten at Captain D’s for maybe over a decade. Decided to give this one a try since I was in the area. The service was excellent, food was fresh and the dine in area extremely clean. I was also surprised by their menu, got the spicy option for the fish which was amazing with light batter. They also carry original Cheesecake Factory desert. Definitely recommend this location!

I was craving fish and chips and the closest to fish and chips from England in the States is Captain D's.
BIG mistake! I asked the woman taking my order if she could fry my fish fresh and she assured me that was their process. When I opened the container, the fish looked like it had been refried. The fish appeared to be old and gray. Oh! The slaw tasted sour. Needless to say, I couldn't finish the meal.
I must say, the woman who took my order and served me at the window, was very nice and pleasant.

The manager didn’t want to give me ketchup ,if I didn’t purchase a certain amount of food because her truck didn’t come. Huh ???? So in order to give me ketchup I have to spend over $5.

I was Very pleased with not only the speed and the freshness of the food, but the customer service that was provided by the cashier was amazing. Just to think, if she had some help, (which she needs) things would really move. To cover the window and the dinning area is asking too much for one person. The cooks were really getting the orders out in a timely manner. I hope they don't burn the young lady out.

Saturday Feb 15th around 9-10pm . A young lady with red colored dread locs working the front counter ? EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional ! Nasty attitude, raising her voice, was not attentive at all . We all have bad days, but it looks like this company needs to do a recap on customer service standards. Separate your attitude from your work spaces.
