Saturday Feb 15th around 9-10pm . A young lady with red colored dread locs working the front counter ? EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional ! Nasty attitude, raising her voice, was not attentive at all . We all have bad days, but it looks like this company needs to do a recap on customer service standards. Separate your attitude from your work spaces.

Disappointed!! The young girl they have working today, has little to no professional training or work ethics. She's on the phone texting or on social media or something.... didn't wash her hands and drinking a drink that she had on the counter!! Drinks aren't supposed to be on the counter of any food establishment nor should she be on the phone where people can see her. Nobody in line of drive thru, it took 10-15 minutes to get my food out. I usually come to this location but after this.... I may not return

Order was not correct, I had to return to get it corrected. The person who took my order tried to tell me I wasn't charged for what I ordered because they were out of it. The manager came out, and I told her the cashier said they were out of the item I ordered. She asked her if they were out. She was able to go in the back and returned with the correct order.
