I am a loyal cava customer but every time I come to this location I am highly disappointed. The employees always have a bad attitude. They are always out of everything. I came in there tonight and they legit only had half of their menu available. The pita chips tasted like they were a day old. I keep trying to give them another chance but I’ll have to stop coming here. Did I mention the employees all have nasty attitudes?

These ppl sat there and put uncooked lentils in my bowl. The bowl was not even edible. Asked for half lettuce and half rice. I barely had lettuce in my bowl. No regular hummus, pickled onions, cucumbers, and tomatos were in the bowl. And of course when you try to call no one answers. Mind you they close at 10 and I been trying to call since 8:30. My husband said they had to redo the bowl like 3 times and still messed up the order. Imagine showing them the order on his phone typed out and they still messed up. I live 30 minutes away and I feel so cheated.

The store was amazing on Friday when I stopped by shocking for it being Friday that it was not busy the staff was amazing especially the gentleman Josh that checked me out and made sure everything was correct will most definitely be back in this week great atmosphere Cava

Online ordering is terrible!! Uber eats order is always incorrect and missing ingredients. No communication is provided if an item is unavailable. Dressing is never on the bowl or on the side in the bag. What am I going to do with a dry bowl. This location is ridiculous. Needs to do better.
This is by far the worst Cava location 😰the restaurant was dirty and they were out of almost every item. I figured the manager called out.Bad experience.I tried this location again 11/25 this time the employee seem to not enjoy the job or care about service.The rice was hard and not flavorful -I like Cava but this location sucks.
